Very much the same as most hotels in this category. Breakfast was standard. Room was standard. Coffee was standard.

Loved it. Breakfast was great.

Good place to stay...

Parking was farther than expected but had plenty of spaces. I have a bum knee and elevators were readily available. Staff was kind. They did not wipe down counter where tv was located. Manager had it cleaned right away. Other than that it was perfect.

Hotel was updated and clean. There were quite a few large trucks taking ip multiple parking places. I was touring a college campus with my daughter and returning later in the evening. The room was clean, lobby very well lit and welcoming. The breakfast was average. There was a large hole in the carpet outside my bathroom that was very noticeable. Also, looked as though something hot was placed on the desk and caused it to crack. Overall, there wasn’t much interaction with the desk clerk. We did find several employees smoking outside the side entrance where we had to park. And most importantly, the $100 security fee was unexpected at check in. No where did I see this. I know it’s refundable after 24 hours but if it disclosed, I never saw it. Not sure I would stay here again.

Check in was quick n easy with welcoming staff. Hope to stay there again soon.

Everything was exactly as needed.

I was there for Annual Conference of the UMC church. It was close to the convention center and it was very quiet. My bed was comfy and I slept well.

Decent for a short term stay. Water pressure could have been better but room was clean. Breakfast was ok

Booked a handicap room, and there is nothing handicap about it. The bed was regular height. My mom couldn’t get in it. The chair was an office chair on wheels. How does the handicap sit in a chair on wheels?

The carpet in the rooms needs cleaning or replaced. The room has an odor when first walk in the room.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Needs fresh paint and caulk in bathrooms.

Room very clean. Bed comfortable too. Breakfast "Buffet" not worth the money. Woman restocking breakfast area was surly amd obviously unhappy in her job. :(

Great spot to stay in Greenville. We were on a house shopping trip. Staff were tremendous, rooms were clean and this is a n economical and convenient location

We were there for a medical procedure at nearby ECU. The room was very comfortable and well outfitted for a handicap patron - except for the bed. It was on a pedestal, which normally would be beautiful; however, it made getting into the bed very difficult. We had to use a luggage carrier wedged against the bed to access it. My wife is already short, but her injury didn't allow for her to climb into the bed. Perhaps a step stool availability would be helpful. Otherwise, the room was wonderful and allowed for her to rest comfortably.
