Room was perfect for our stay. Wife enjoyed the junior suite.... great location and staff friendly

I was expecting more to be honest especially for the price, at that price top tier I would rather pay an extra 300 or 500 and stay at the fairmont. I was nice and okay but nothing that blew me away what so ever. Staff was efficient and super nice. Other than that I probably wont be back unfortunately.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The only problem I had was that I did not stay longer. Service, cleanliness, comfort...ALL PERFECT.

The room is extremly noisy due to elevator machines. The manager who was supposed to call me back to figure out a solution did not do it.

Convenient location close to the airport, breakfast below average (at least to international travellers’ standards) One elevator was out of order and we had to wait more than 15min to get in. Everyone in the elevator was going up to be sure to get a place but intending to descend. Even with the two elevators it would not have been enough.

Easy check in, within walking distance of canada line train, clean, food at restaurant was delicious and convenient after exploring all day.

The Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would defiantly stay there again.

It was very nice but the shuttle service could be improved. It was ten minutes late and actually made a return trip to the hotel after two other nearby stops. The staff was very welcoming.
