It was ok I guess. It’s a reason the price was $55 a night lol

The a/c wasn’t working properly and needed another room. The worker seemed like he wasn’t concerned a lot and I had to wait for them to check my room out to make sure I wasn’t lieing . Other customers complained bout their rooms too bout their a/c. Thank god I got another room because outside was cooler than inside the room .

so horrible. the tub had a hole in it, microwave didn’t have easy access plug. the shower water stinks. air condition cover kept falling off. only thing good was the bed.

My stay was okay but could've been better

The beds are truly double, not queen. The giant fridge is unnecessary. The room was not well taken care of. The area was at least quiet.

This location was so durty and nasty, horrible how can you even charge for this plase just nasty

The tv didn’t work half of the lights was out and was just not a good experience at all!! People outside drinking g massive mounts of beer and being really loud and disruptive. Would not recommend this motel to anyone!!

Desk Clerk asked if I wanted Handicap Accessible Room. 1st one was unmade and completely trashed. 2nd one was filthy, but took it anyway. Whole property was run down, except parking lot, which had been redone.

Hardly any lights worked. Fridge and microwave didnt work. There were roaches in the room. Toilet wasnt bolted down. Atleast the beds were soft.

There was no cold water in the sink. Blow dryer was busted, wall paper pulled down in bathroom

This property had roaches. They checked me in a room with clothes in it. Then water didn’t get hot. Ask for refund and left property. Waiting for refund

Immediately after check-in, I found that there was no TV remote. I picked up the telephone to call the office, and the phone was not connected to the wall… The overall cleanliness of the room can only be described as biohazard. The microwave was a disgusting Mess, the bathtub drain was full of hair, and I couldn’t get any hot water. There was a folded washcloth on the sink, top, with someone’s toothpaste smear on the other side.On the previous night, I stayed in a similarly priced room, which was five star by comparison!

Rooms are absolute trash. Although my complaints were addressed and a different room was offered, the one I chose was acceptable but not better over all. I’ve never seen or stayed in a Studio 6 this bad so it was a shock to see it in such bad conditions. The owners clearly do not wish to renovate nor attempt to make it any better for future customers. This place should be a last option stay at the very least.

Last night we stayed in a Studio 6 in north Pensacola. Was nicely remodeled, clean, just wonderful. Well. This one , the room we were in, should have been condemn! Filthy, sink was broken and water ran on floor . Needs a ton of work... yuck

The room was decent for the price. My only complaint was about the cleanliness. There was hair in the tub, dirty mirror, crust under the tv ( wich i had to move a little to see it at an angle. You get a full size fridge wich was really nice to have but it was dirty, the was hairs and crumbs and idk what else, it was just not clean. But office staff is really nice and AC works perfect

If you absolutely don't have another choice you will be okay for a night. They seldom change the bedding, the bathrooms are cringe worthy and the towels. Use at your own risk. And they will knock at 10am for an 11am checkout.
