Needs complete upgrade , room smelled of stale cigarettes. A/C unit ran continuously, did not cool at all and was very loud.

The carpet had wet spots, and the whole room smelled. One of the bathroom cabinet doors fell off when I opened it.

There were drug addicts and a drunk guy in the parking lot when we arrived and my daughter wouldn’t get out of the car. We were harassed and so I went to the front desk to ask for a refund because we didn’t feel safe and the clerk said of course. So I called Expedia from the waiting area and left at 9pm. Fast forward one week and Expedia tells me when they reached out to the property they denied my refund. Total liars. They have started renting rooms by the month so there are all sorts of people hanging about at all times, do not stay here!!

The room was dirty with gums on the headboard and dirty bathroom floor moldy shower. Overall room smels bad. And worse of all the heater wasn't working. I called the front desk and no one answered my call. I had to go sleep in my car which wasnt very comfortable.

Strong odor in room, dirty sheets, appeared not to have been vacuumed when first getting into the room. Room didnt look anything loke the photos...

Room was very unclean, no coffee maker, no fridge, had to ask for towels

The room was very dirty. There vas vegrants panhandling at door. The shower did not work at all. There was a broken chair in the room. Poor electrical service by bed. Noisy area of Lethbridge.

Checked in on my first night of a five night stay and the heat did not work in the room. The door did not lock. The tv did not work. There was “certain” individuals hanging around outside my room and some were even witnessed “intoxicated” not with alcohol. I tried talking to the front desk to which I was told only the manager could help me. I cancelled my reservation and left. I’ve tried contacting the manager multiple times over the last three weeks for a refund or a partial one and no one has been to call me back to rectify the situation.

Room was in order, staff was nice. Lots of late night screaming banging shouting pounding on my door
