The room was very clean, location was perfect. Was noisy at night for sleeping could hear water running through pipes all night. Lots of vehicles racing down the Hwy.

They didnt do anything at all

I recently stayed in a pet-friendly room at this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While the room appeared clean at first glance, with well-vacuumed carpets and wiped-down surfaces, the persistent bad odor was impossible to ignore. There were also noticeable wet spots scattered across the floor, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable. The bed and linens were thankfully clean and well-maintained, but the smell and dampness overshadowed any positives.

As soon as i entered i was made to feel so welcomed. The staff on duty was friendly and gave me so many options to pay. Never judged me and smiled the whole time. She was amazing. The room was so clean and the beds were amazing comfortable. Very quiet all night with just one truck revving its engine on our last night.

As a family of 7 we did enjoy our stay and we have a well rested weekend in this Hotel. We will definitely come back next time.

Didn’t use any amenities

is was really nice and clean, smelled great. The beds were very comfortable, including the pillows ! That's very rare. 10 out of 10

Every thing is great but haven to place 400 hundred dollars retainer everytime i stays is alot for that reson i been looking at other hotels for my trips here.

We asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like stale smoke. They did give us another room, which did not have a working air conditioner and the fridge was very noisy. The beds were comfortable to sleep in.

The front desk lady found it funny I accidentally booked a smoking room on Expedia after i asked her for their pricing. Thats not customer service abd petty.

Clean comfortable hotel, great parking, quiet, and hotel restaurant was very good!

Room was super clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. Bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy. The bathroom could use some updating. Had to flush the toilet twice to get toilet paper down and it looked like it had seen better days. I did not explore the rest of the hotel but the lobby looked nice as well. I was only there for 1 night and check-out was a breeze, took only about a minute. If you are looking for an affordable option close to Edmonton I would absolutely recommend Stony Plain Inn & Suites!

Close to gas station, McDonald and enjoyed the attached restaurant for breakfast
