Lo que me gusto. La abitacion muy bien el personal amable y lo que más me gusto es el desayuno y la persona que atiende muy amable. Lo que no me gusto es que estaba en remodelación solo eso

The property was going through a renovation so it wasn’t as clean as we expected, overall it was a good stay. Veracruz is such a beautiful state with much to offer

The Holiday Inn was so clean!! Our room was perfect for 2, we had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The air conditioning unit worked great, and the breakfast was awesome. The staff were so friendly!

Al ser una propiedad antigua, tiene algunos detalles... algunas piezas del piso un poco flojas, la palanca del baño se zafaba constantemente 😟 Se oía que se pasaba el agua, pero no provenía del WC. La cortina del baño no llegaba hasta abajo y mojaba mucho el piso. En el estacionamiento había un área llena de escombro y cosas viejas que no daban buena imagen. 😔 Sin embargo, su estilo colonial brindaba un agradable ambiente, la habitación tiene techos altos que brindan frescura adicional a la habitación. Camas firmes, 2 tipos de almohadas: soft & firm. El personal siempre fue muy atento y amable

Very mediocre place that is obviously trying to renovate but the moldy smell meets salty hot ocean is not pleasant at all! The history of the hotel is beautiful with the original tile work and arched doors in the courtyards. Could rate the restaurant a 3 at best. Wilted lettuce and tomatoes on salad and presentation of food was non existent unless you are into brown guacamole. Impossible to sleep with smell in my room.I could taste the disinfectant they sprayed before we checked in. This will be my last choice in a hotel if I return to Veracruz especially at almost $200 USD a night.

Los staff son muy amables Lamento mucho que nos tocó la remodelación de habitaciones.

La ubicación del Hotel es excelente si quieres estar en el centro, todo muy limpio, la atención del personal fue excelente. Hay opción de desayuno buffet el cual está bueno, le falta un poquito de más variedad.

Un poco desafortunado. La cama y las cabeceras son duras y huele un poco a humedad. Hay muchos mosquitos.

Todo muy limpio con muy buena ubicación lugar, volvería sin duda

Las instalaciones están bien … el servicio pésimo …. Llegue a las 11 AM avisé mi llegada a recepción … esperé a las 3 para el check In, y por temas de transporte regresé a las 5 pm y me entregaron mi habitación hasta las 6 de la tarde … alegando q era temporada alta … habitación con detalles . Aire acondicionado con goteras … en fin mal servicio

The hotel was under renovation. We were placed between 2 rooms that were being worked on. It was very dusty and triggered our allergies. It was very hot outside so we came fo a nap during the day and due to noise we were not able to nap. Reception personnel were great but not the room experience. We left a day before due to weather and room situation.

Muy buen lugar y la gente muy amable, solamente el agua de la alberca muy fría, no se puede uno meter
