Easy to check in even late in the evening. Comfortable room with space, nice bathroom and warm and copious continental breakfast. Nice hotel at a good rate!

Loved the location of the hotel! The breakfast was fantastic. Walls were thin, could hear upstairs neighbours.

Great hotel within walking or taxi distance to shops, food places and coach or train stations. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Only issues we had was a peeping noise from about 5am onwards (we were at the front of the property we think by the stairs to street level) - this noise woke me up constantly throughout the morning. Second issue was that when we went to breakfast at 9.15, the breakfast room was tiny with no seating available at all. We had to stand there to see if anyone was likely to be leaving soon. No one was so we had to leave and therefore couldn't have that breakfast that is included in the room fee. I'd recommend a bigger breakfast area as clearly not all guests can get in there at any one time. And you are charging people for the breakfast when they can't actually eat it. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Not a good value hotel. Room is very tiny, not having a desk or chair in the room. Breakfast area is very small, but staff is friendly and nice.

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is located near (5 min walk) Pimlico station. Being near a tube station give you access to all historic sites by tube!. The room are small and carpet need a good cleaning hwr the bed was comfy. Breafast included and again the staff outstanding !

The hotel and food excellent. The rooms were a bit noisy and we did complain and the children stopped jumping and running around since our room was below them. The staff were attentive.

I’d stay again. Convenient!

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was really good and the location was ideal.

The chap greeting us was very nice and very helpful. When we arrived without asking found a ground floor bed room without asking as we have walking issues. Breakfast and rooms were good

Hotel is in a great location, we chose it as it was close to Victoria coach station and an embassy we were visiting. We had a family room, which was spacious, with double bed and double sofa- bed. Breakfast included in price, with plenty of choice and pleasant staff. Hotel itself was a bit tired, with badly stained/ faded carpets everywhere. But we only stayed one night and that did not affect us.

The room was smelly. The carpet is dirty. The breakfast was rubbish, although the staff is lovely.

Quarto amplo, café da manhã típico inglês, só achei a acústica do quarto muito ruim e sem contar que o quarto ficava colado com o café da manhã, então o barulho começava logo cedo, porta batendo o tempo todo, até pedi para mudar de quarto, mas informaram não ser possível.

I like the breakfast and the close proximity to the main attractions. The rooms weren't the cleanest, the areas to walk/move were small and occasionally the phone/elevator did not work

Very well located for my purposes in an attractive area. Welcoming and helpful staff and ample breakfast. However, although the room was generally clean, the carpet was very grubby and the shower could not be regulated to more than lukewarm.
