The front desk was not polite to check me, and she was not patient with my question. I feel so cold when I came to the hotel.

Love the convenience of this hotel to the airport. i find that if I book through Hotels.com, my favorite way to book, that this hotel puts us WAYYYYYY down the hall/ up the elevator. The first room we unlocked had not been yet serviced. Okay, no biggie -- stuff happens. The desk clerk upgraded our room because of that, still it was WAYYYY down the hall, again, lugging our suitcases. NO ON-CALL SHUTTLE SERVICE Our flight left at 5 a.m., so we needed a 3:30 a.m. shuttle which this hotel used to provide. NOT ANYMORE. Today is June 16, and the earliest shuttle was scheduled for 4:30 a.m. I'd already paid for the room, so we had to get an Uber for our ride the next morning. Staff was great. No chance to try the food since they don't serve early enough for our departure -- I've known this from other stays. This will, however, be our last stay at this hotel since they don't provide shuttle service for the very early travelers such as we are (we stay overnight in Oakland when we have a super early flight).

Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Good amenities, coffee and breakfast options were good for a 4:00 am start

The room is hot. AC only works on Fan mode. It was humid and warm.

On my way to the hotel, I call to let them know that I was running late for checking at 3:00 p.m. A gentleman answer the phone and he was very rude. When I reach the location a young lady was at the front desk very friendly very nice very welcoming and I appreciate it, after a long trip I was ready to relax and she made it very welcoming for me.

Business travel - easy to book and nice accommodations Staff were helpful.

I m just unhappy about my uber driver that couldn’t get out of the gate. He called on the speaker several times they didn’t help right away. I gotta scream out to make the front desk hear me. Seemed like the gate wasn’t working properly. Overall it was a great stay.
