Room a good size and staff were friendly. Bed and pillows comfortable too, so made for good sleep (if you could forget about cleanliness issue). Room, however, was not very clean, clearly left over hair and bits from previous visitors, one table surface had food remnants. Breakfast very basic (cereal, biscuits and gravy). Seems like they are doing renovations, so hopefully things will improve.

Great customer service

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, hot, and fresh. My only complaints are that the tubs need to be refurbished and the bed springs are squeaky.

The beds are not good in my opinion, but the rooms are fine otherwise.

Friendly workers and clean

You can tell that the folks who own this comfort Inn really care about their hotel. Everything is spotless and the bed is super comfy. Also, there are all kinds of restaurants and amenities near by. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip up this way.

Great service

Uncomfortable beds. Stayed twice in five months and both rooms (king) had uncomfortable mattresses.

Clean, well maintained property. Pleasant staff. I needed help with a service item and the property manager was very kind and helpful in addressing my inquiry.

Building is a bit outdated but the room was clean and the staff was great.

The facilities were clean and was able to check in early. Our concern came when the manager appeared to be watching guest. He followed us onto the elevator and then didn’t get off at our floor. We grabbed our bags to leave and he was standing outside our room as if waiting for us.

Property was clean and very safe. Outdated .

I didn’t even stay here and they charged me for 3 nights. My reservation was for two nights, my plane was delayed and I tried to check in after midnight. They would not cancel my room and said I could pay again if I still wanted my room. So ridiculous! Now hotels.com won’t help me get a refund.
