There is investment being made into the property to freshen it up, which is good to see. Staff is friendly. 24-7 coffee is convenient. Elevator tone could possibly be changed to something pleasant (very minor detail). May want to put the parking lot on the maintenance/improvements list. It gives the first impression to guests.

Good locatiion, very friendly staff and an above average breakfast that's included.

The bed alone is a spa!!

I did not like the sliding door for the bathroom. Bathrooms need real doors. Also, big boxes of renovation materials in the hallway and lobby looked junky and made me feel we were in a work zone. I felt it was overpriced and did not match the photos advertised. Also, it was loud and we heard everyone walking past the door.

The staff was rude. Cold showers, tub stopped up. We moved to the Hampton Inn.

The night clerk put us in a handicap king room and would not switch us to a regular room after i showed her our reservation.

Staff is great! There was a bit of construction junk, but understandable. Everything on the breakfast hot food section was kinda lukewarm.

The property is undergoing renovation, it would seem - lots of supplies on the main floor, dumpster outside. Some areas are now very nice. Unfortunately, not (yet?) replaced are the room windows, and they let in a lot of noise from the busy US 30 outside. The room overall was large and had all of the standard features, a nice walk-in shower, but the wall finishing in the bathroom was poorly done and the bathroom vent cover was coated in dust. Breakfast in the morning was fine, pretty standard for the price point. Desk staff was helpful and courteous. For the price, it was a good place to stay! I would probably stay here again.

Overall, happy with my stay and would recommend. Solid free breakfast and very clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and cozy. Parking lot was a bit rough with potholes.

Carpet and couch very dirty. Desk chair was soaking wet and my dress got soaked. The hairdryer had no heat. Curtains didn’t close all the way. The front desk staff was not friendly. Weather stripping on door needs replacing.

Decent lodging for a last minute overnight stop.
