The shower head was black and orange, covered in mold and mildew. The tall mirror was filthy; it made me sick until I washed it. The bed frame was broken or partially disassembled, so I had to shift the steel around until it seemed safe. The desk chair had a peculiar stain. Otherwise, it was a mostly clean and comfortable stay.

Room was clean but for some reason had too much humidity. The floors remained damp and slick.

Just nice overall

The bathtub, bathroom floor were not clean

There were roaches in the room. There was trash in the hallway.. there were people outside drinking alcohol and being loud. They would not refund our money after we were there only 10 minutes.

I liked the location. I didn’t like how old and out dated it was. Carpet was worn and stained, granite cracked and shower didn’t drain so you were always standing in a foot of water. The beds and pillows were comfortable and TV worked well with lots of channels. One more thing, I’m left handed and the cord on the blow dryer was so short I could barely see myself in the mirror to blow dry my hair. Moving the mirror over a bit for us lefties would be nice.

Staff was nice but pool/hot tub area were dirty. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good.

Our room was dirty and there where "coffee" stains on the bedding. There where bugs on the desk. They didn't clean around the coffee maker. Also they have swim lessons from 3:30pm - 7:30pm, Sunday - Thursdays. While that is happening you cant use the pool. Now on the bright side. The breakfast was amazing! The staff where so nice and helpful! All in all it was definitely not the worst hotel I've been but not the best either. We worked around the swim lessons, wasnt to big of a deal. I just hope they clean better for future guests.

Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Breakfast was good. Friendly front desk staff.

Our stay was fine. The first room we were given the key to was either still occupied or housecleaning reported the room ready and had not cleaned it yet . The desk clerk was caught off guard

The room was nice, likely recently updated. The common areas-pool, lobby, breakfast area and food were not great but they did the job. Our key did not work every night we came back to the hotel, which was frustrating to have to go down to the lobby to get a new one. One night there was no one there and it took 40 minutes. We had the no housekeeping sign up and housekeeping came in, did a half job, then left an envelope asking for a tip. Not impressed and likely won't visit again but also not a bad stay or bad price compared to other area hotels.

Definitely stay here again

Staff was great. 24hr coffee available. In great location for Chanhassen dinner theater. Free breakfast. Good restaurant in shared parking lot.

Close to where I was going. Bathroom was old.

It was convenient to where my daughter had her dance competition

The shower was broken. The room wasn’t cleaned and we weren’t informed that it wouldn’t be.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly enough.

Leider fand ich das Zimmer schon nicht in einem ganz sauberen Zustand vor, was sich trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht gebessert hat. Ich war 4 Nächte dort. Ein Faden auf der Klospülung z.B lag bis zum letzen Tag dort. Auch der Geruch ist nicht aus dem Zimmer gegangen. Der Poolbereich ist stark Renovierungsbedürftig, der Kaffee ist auch in der strong version sehr dünn, viel Plastik und Einweg….
