Great place to stay

Perfect hotel!! Very clean nice and cozy!!

A good place to stay

Very decent hotel. Felt very safe, spacious room, pretty good breakfast (waffle maker is a huge win!), and the staff was really nice and friendly. This was a very convenient location to a nearby workshop I went to in Zirconia. I would absolutely stay here again.

There was constant noise from cars at the gas station next door and people in other rooms. It was hard getting to sleep. Also, there was no hot water for a shower at night. I called the front desk and she said it was due to the swimming pool, which made no sense to me. She said to just run the water and it will eventually get hot. Well, we ran it for 20 minutes and it got luke warm and then cold again, but it never got hot. We tried again in the morning and the water was hot for 5 minutes, then it was cold again. The tile in the bathroom was broken and it wasn't very clean. The chair at the desk was broken and wouldn't roll properly. The breakfast was lacking. Just not what I expected from previous positive reviews.

Room was clean and a great size. Very convenient location! Bed was not the most co.fortable, but tolerable. My complaint was the NOISE! From parking loy, TV from room next door, hallway and when any water was turned on beside, above or down the hall it sounded like white water rapids!

Not fancy, and perfect in every way for that choice on my trip. Comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast. Swimming pool. The hotel had a mix of families traveling along with construction crews heading out early to start up trucks.

They didn't have enough hot water in the evening for a hot shower. They blamed that on a wrestling team staying there. We never saw them. Should have a hot water heater big enough for all customers 🙄

Lots around the property for food options and activities. Very clean and decently priced. We enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again in the future.

Comfortable stay and would stay here again. Clean, friendly and comfortable. My only issue was with the hot water wasn't consistent and had to keep adjusting.

Room was large, adequately lighted with just enough outlets for electronics. Bathroom was nice, clean and big enough. Shower head was in need of maintenance and one of us got a cold shower. Mentioned to clerk who said another guest had same problem. She was notifying maintenance.

It was adequate is the best way to describe it. Bed was pretty firm so if you prefer that you will be happy, I woke up with a sore back. Front desk personal was efficient not very friendly. Just kind of matter of fact. I went to the desknto ask for pool towels and I was told the pool was "closed still for maintenance." I said oh, wow, your website doesn't mention this? Do you know when it will reopen? She said, no idea they havent told us. Next night we returned back to the hotel and the pool was full of people. Lol. So good news, pool was fixed, bad news, they dont do a good job of empowering their staff to communicate to guests. Over all it was a fair stay.
