The hallway outside my room flooded and their was a giant hole in wall in the gym if you can call it that.

Property is under construction. The breakfast had several options. Hotel was quiet and room comfortable.

Monique the front desk staff member was genuine, courteous and helpful as were the other staff ladies. William the shuttle driver was professional and efficient. The breakfast staff and the breakfast was very good. The front lobby had coffee at all times, swimming pool was clean and they had snacks to buy on property. A wonderful place to stay with friendly staff.

The staff was welcoming and friendly as well as the ease of checking in and out - very convenient to the airport.

Property is undergoing renovations.

Easy to get to and near the highway.

The location to dining, shopping, airport, and expressway. I didn't like the hotel walls are thin you can here the quests in the next room conversation and snoring

The conditions inside, it was not very welcoming. I do not know if there were renovations going on but the walls were sand down and not painted. My room was very clean but had a very weird smell but I was only there for two nights. Overall the hotel is clean, it does not appear welcoming with the unfinished walls.

When we checked, and we noticed that the refrigerator did not work in the floor was wet in front of it and the bathroom fan made a very loud clanging noise when you turned the light on. When we reported this to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. Also, we never received housekeeping service and had to request towels.

Nice desk setup in room for working on your laptop. Free breakfast was ok.

While the hotel is under renovation, I never heard a peep. Room was lovely and scrupulously clean. Very pleased.

The shower has no pressure of water , the towel hold was broken , shower vacuum was so noisy

The beds were very comfortable. The room suited our needs for the one night. Breakfast was not great. It was supposed to be ready by 7 but even by 7:30 things weren't set up and the options were very limited. It is walking distance to a few restaurants and the shuttle driver was very nice!

Well worth the stay!! Don't pass it up.

Under construction, being updated so trim was missing, felt less clean than I would like and just not what I expected from the photos and reviews. Breakfast was sub par. There was a loud beeping in the lobby that was constantly having to be turned off. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming. Easy check in and shuttle service was excellent.

I have no complaints, everything was immaculate and the staff was amazing especially the front desk girl Mo, very helpful and polite. I’ll definitely be staying again

Staff very courteous and helpful with questions. Room was great. Clean and fresh smelling. Good location. Everything we needed.
