Newer hotel. Clean and tidy. Near Charlotte Douglas Airport. Free plentiful parking. Hilton amenities.

Really nice place to stay at. No complains

The property was cool room was spacious.

Everything was good but the staff from the reception was not welcoming. Never stay again because the staff!

Excellent quality facility – everything is new and clean. The building is quiet and parking is easy. Five stars

The front desk person who’s there around 1pm was awesome and friendly. She would great us every time we passed the front desk. The evening lady just looked at us as we passed, never smiled or opened her mouth. The room was neat and clean. I even used the laundry room to wash my clothes. The outside and surrounding areas were well kept and appeared safe. My only wish is that the breakfast had bacon.

It was a really good experience, the staff was really nice and friendly we spend two nights with kids and it was great .

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly when we left my son's toy and came back to find it.

Our stay at Spark by Hilton was great! The staff was wonderful, including the man who kept the breakfast bar up and running--super friendly and always making sure everyone had what they needed. The room was very clean and had everything we needed already stocked. The bathroom was fresh and clean as well with plenty of towels for our use during our stay. The location was great, right off 77, so easy access around town. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast setup. Our room faced the road so there was road noise at night. Bathroom was on the small side. The hotel itself was not noisy. An in room safe would have been nice. Very convenient to the rail line in Charlotte.

Nice hotel with courteous staff. Bed was a little soft and squeaky.
