Amazing

Beds comfortable and rooms big and quiet.

The property was clean and the stay was pleasant. The only issue is it was a little loud from the horrible wind we had, but I think that would be the same anywhere.

The convenience to the freeway and close restaurants was nice. Staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip

Even with construction it’s was neat

We booked a 3 day stay for a hockey tournament with the rest of the team. The hotel was accommodating with the use of the conference room. The rooms were clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfast was good, blah, blah, blah...all the things you would expect a good hotel to be. What sets them apart to me was their customer service. We won the championship that weekend and since we were 8 hours away from home, we decided to book another night. There was an issue with booking and I contacted Hotels.com customer service. At the time, I felt the most convenient option for me was to cancel and get a different room somewhere else. Boy was I wrong. I went in to make sure that the hotel was not going to charge me for the night while customer service was contacting them. Laz, the Front Dest Agent assured me, after checking, that I would be able to get a room. He informed customer service that he would take care of it and he delivered. He was very thorough in explaining the issue with the booking. We left for the game and came back and our room, which again met expectations, was waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Went for funeral. Room and bed comfortable. Left early so no breakfast.

The property was being renovated at the time. Breakfast was a good variety. Staff was very nice. Quiet time is posted for 7pm but I could not sleep because of the noise in the hallways until midnight

The staff was nice but our first experience was the pool. The chlorine smell was so bad it burned my eyes and hurt my chest and there was a lot of screaming. Also we werent notified the hot tub was down until we checked in. My husband and i were really looking forward to it. Then we went to take showers and head of the shower screamed. We called front desk and they said thats what it does. It was so loud we couldnt even shower. I wont be staying again in the future.

Staff was great! Bummed no one mentioned hot tub was out of service for several weeks. Scrambled eggs were good on Weds and Thurs morning but then had a sign saying all gone on Friday but had them again on Saturday and Sunday but the texture was off. Like they may have been watered down.

I had a pleasant stay.

Usually I have a great stay here but this time my car was hit in the parking lot. There were no cameras and nothing the hotel could do to help me.

Room wasn’t ready at 4:30pm. The lobby and hallways looked like they were undergoing construction.
