Clean rooms. Toilets scare me sometime because they take forever to flush. Lol but overall its good 👍

Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast was okay but have had way better at other hotels.

Overall, it was comfortable, and the kids loved the swimming pool.

There was blood found on our bed sheets. Wasn’t ours. Manager of house keeping was awesome to deal with but that’s disgusting. Was offered 50% off another stay, seemed like nothing for having my niece sleep on a bed with someone else’s blood on the sheets. (It wasn’t on the top sheet, during her sleep her blankets moved and it was on the side of the fitted sheet. They didn’t change the sheets!

Breakfast was fine but not many gluten free items also thought it strang not to have cereal. Waffle maker is right in the middle and should be moved to the end.

Some traffic noise if room is near south end of the hotel as it is close to a busy street. Furnishings are showing some wear. Room was clean.

the best pet friendly room and amenities we've ever had! checkin staff were friendly, respectable and generally terrific. Pool and SPA were top shelf, fun and relaxing.

Great room layout for kids, with a waterslide

Stay was nice with exception of woofing dog till late hours. It was clean and breakfast was nice. We left yesterday Apr 3 but didn’t have access to our email until last night.
