Clean room,very good breaksfast and quiet. We slept so good, matress and pillows are so comfortable.

Our room was clean which we appreciate but when we went to the pool/hot tub it was not in great shape. We spent our time in the hot tub and were not impressed with its cleanliness and it was missing tiles. We were overwhelmed by the smell of chemicals used as well. We were disappointed as the hot tub and breakfast were our main reasons for staying at this hotel.

All good. The tub was a little dirty looking. Could use an upgrade. The breakfast was ok. The bed was good. Quiet. The price was the best. The shower was good and the fridge was very cold.

I wish the other hot tub located by the toddler swim pool was working. It would have been more convenient to warm up from the paddling pool. I did not like the complete blackout curtains, I would love to be a return client. But maybe update your curtains to also include privacy screens on the first floor at least, it was not fun to be on display to anyone walking by outside the hotel. But other than those 2 things I really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was very good. Thank you I hope to return soon.

The staff very helpful, the breakfast was a lot more than we expected. The lady who ran the breakfast was extremely helpful.The hot tub was small and the floor surrounding the pool area needs to be changed.It hurt my feet when wearing no shoes.

Good hotel

The staff where very friendly, a hot breakfast was enjoyed and we had quiet nights on a three day stay.

When we were at this hotel there was several sports teams. There were about 20 teenagers playing tag throughout the hotel being very disruptive. When telling the front desk all they said was ya we know. Also when our keys were deactivated they didn’t apologize or explain they just reactivated them.

The tv guide wasn’t working properly..had to guess what was watching

La piscine était bien. Le déjeuner était ok. La chambre était ok. C'était propre, on manque de rien. L'hôtel a besoin un peu de se mettre à jour quand même. Je trouve les lits assez petit à comparer d'autres hôtels. C'est deux doubles. C'est ok pour le prix. Il n'y a pas de chaise pour les toddlers, juste pour les bébés et je pense que c'est qu'une ou deux chaises.

Staff was polite and greeting us whenever they would see us. Room was well-maintained, no concerns. Pool area floor needs maintenance, quite hard and with loose pieces that makes it rough when you walk barefoot. But the pool itself, hot tub, and water slide were great. We realize sports teams with teenagers staying there is expected, however there was no effort to enforce any rules or hotel etiquette. The pool area got non-family friendly with a dozen teenagers playing rough in the pool, diving hard and simultaneously (which is not allowed) and splashing the whole area, including people sitting on the chairs and babies in bassinets to the point where the water went outside the doors and into the main lobby and had to be mopped. The kids were also running and playing tag across floors for hours without anyone stopping them. We actually had to confront them ourselves around 10pm when we saw no signs of them stopping, which they fortunately did after that. Breakfast is very basic, with limited choices -even compared to other Days Inn hotels in Canada. However, the attendant was always extremely helpful with everything we needed. Overall, reasonable value for the money spent, but would seriously consider spending a bit more somewhere else, if they would be able to address similar issues more effectively. We have stayed in numerous Days Inn hotels and it’s the first time we were not feeling fully satisfied with the experience.

Clean and comfortable but very busy with lots of kids running the halls.

There were swimming lessons happening in the pool. The pool deck was falling apart and the hot tub was filthy. There were many doors and walls in need of repair/paint and our bath tub was patched in the centre but was weak and falling apart. Breakfast had disappointing processed eggs and a machine with instant coffee.

The pool water was not hygienic. There were hairs and the water was very smelly. The room was okay, but for the price, I would’ve expected a tad better room.

Not very clean and poorly maintained. The elevator was stinky, the carpets in the corridors were stained, the pool floor is in bad condition. The room was not clean either. Newer, but stained carpet, stained sink, brownish-yellow grout between the tiles in the bathroom, the bath tube was also stained. the bed sheets were yellowish and pillows smelled old. The room smelled weed at times - probably someone smoked in the room/bathroom near by - agree that not much the hotel can do about that. We were about to book a different hotel after spending 5 minutes in our room. Decided to stay as it was just a one night sleep. Will never stay there again.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool and hot tub were working. Great place for a simple stay when you need it.

Hotel is older and tired, in need of a refresh. Supposedly some first floor suites were redone, but levels two and three (where I stayed) was not. Bathtub needs to be replaced - bottom worn and very slippery. TV barely worked, and only after playing with it for a long time. Room air conditioner was unreliable as the temperature that was set was never actually reached. Pool is fairly cold and does not have a staircase for easy entrance and exit. There are two hot tubs which is good as one of them was out of service. Breakfast was acceptable, somewhat limited selection but enough to fill most requirements. Dairy free milk (almond) available for cereal. No gluten free alternatives seen. Towels in the room were somewhat thread bare, could be replaced. Towels at the pool were a joke, so small and of such poor quality and were so old they were mostly useless.

The hotel was very good!
