Nice folks at the desk

Great room though some outdoor noise heard on fourth floor. Breakfast not many healthy choices.

Loved the adorable giant pool statue-decorations-toys in the kiddie/ wading pool area!! Our own kids are older, but I am SURE younger ones would be thrilled by this! A baby whale with a water-spout fountain? How delightful! (Okay - I DID climb on the giant dragon sofa/ decoration in the adjoining room. That’s a young at heart pic!) I loved the nifty exercise equipment there too! I finally figured-out how to work such a treadmill and elliptical machine! Okay, that’s pleasant enough! I REALLY ENJOYED their substancial, varied, quality and generous free BREAKFAST offerings!!! The hot, microwaved breakfast sandwich I had was hearty and delicious!!! There was also a totally convenient, attached bar and grill available, but we didn’t get to use it this trip. The view of the hills from our window in the morning was lovely. I highly recommend this place!!! The price, on orbitz, was great too! Thanks!

Remote control for TV did not work. Took two trips to the front desk to address the issue. I would suggest having staff bring the new remote or fresh batteries to the room. There were two people at the front desk that were not busy at all. Most places I stay at would have delivered to my room.

A couple minor issues with the bathroom, and tv remote did not work well, but staff were very responsive. Overall very clean, quiet, convenient, and safe. Would stay here again.

Staff were attentive and responsive. Little things: treadmill not working, only some jets in hot tub working, bathroom magnifying mirror off-kilter, not impressed with pre-packaged breakfast.

Friendly, approachable staff

Friendly staff. Enjoyed the community space available to visit with family. Breakfast choices had many options and well displayed. Coffee great!

Had a very nice stay

The location of the hotel with the connected restaurant and bar which were very good, is the highlight of the hotel. The room I was given, at 3pm in the afternoon, was never cleaned. I went down to the desk and was given another room which was fine. It was considered an upgrade, but really not needed. The desk person never said sorry for the bother, just punched up the new room. There are not many hotels in the area, but I would probably go with the Holiday Inn next time.

Nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. We had a room with a king size bed and a sofa sleeper. Plenty of space. Mattress was a bit firm for my taste. Kids' pool was a little worn, but our son enjoyed it. Nice large hot tub. I know some have complained about the breakfast, but we thought it was good and had plenty of options. If you wanted a more substantial, hot breakfast option they offered a variety of individually-wrapped breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved.

Overall, a good place to stay, but maintenance might arguably be a trifle questionable. Our room's AC system, for instance, was noisy and very difficult to get cooling relief out of. The bathroom tub had what looked like an empty SHOWER GEL wall-receptacle---even its pumping mechanism would not respond. Additionally, the previous occupant had left used flossing-thread on the ledge of the tub. Lastly, the breakfast was rather disappointing and not worthy of the $170 per night room-rate.

We were greeted very happily. It was quiet and clean. Working elevators. Swimmming pool, Hot tub were GREAT! Breakfast was good but would have oj seemed watered down. The variety of sandwiches are great! Great fresh fruit. Muffins and yogert, yum!

Great for the price! Comfortable, convenient and affordable.
