I was extremely disappointed at the price of bottled water in the room. I would have been happy with an 8 oz bottle to take my medication with and also considering how hot it was. Please re-consider this amenity. There also was not any teas in the tray. Thank you.

Really nice hotel and great breakfast, with very clean modern rooms, nice tvs, and really comfortable bedding and pillows and the bed was really nice, I was on a road trip and got an amazing nights rest. The area is really cool as well right downtown with some great restaurants right nearby in walking distance and an arcade bar right caddy corner with games and drinks fun for all ages. Will return if I am in Omaha and a great pricing for duh a nice hotel

Very nice hotel and convenient to the downtown area. We came in for the CWS which is always a busy event. My only complaint was they did not offer any shuttle service in and around the Stadium or downtown areas. Shuttle was only available to/from the Airport. Most of the big name hotels offered shuttles throughout the entire area.

Not being very experienced in last minute travel preparations and thinking, at the time of making the reservation, the down to the wire of the actual acquiring one of the advertised 'LAST' available rooms; I have realized it is not much more than a scam. When searching a particular hotel's availability you somehow are automatically steered to a third party for reservation. They only offer one or two of the rooms available giving you the thought of needing to get it no matter the price. i wasn't aware the cost were almost doubled. My ignorance was the main ingredient to the 'scam', my fault. DON'T BE IGNORANT TOO!

Great service

This is a very unique hotel. It appears to have been an old warehouse converted to a hotel. The rooms have very high ceilings. The bad didn't seem to be a typical Marriott bed. Not as comfortable as other Marriott beds where we have stayed. Biggest disappointment of all was the fact that they never changed the sheets on our bed. They were dirty.

Was a great experience, parking is a lil tight but out sude of that is great. Rught in the heart of old market omaha there us lots to do and see. The staff where friendly and inviting. The room was amazing as well. Could use a lil harder pillow but still great

It was great!

Booked a room here for a night to attend a concert at CHI. The hotel is nice and staff friendly. The only downside to this hotel is the parking lot. Very small, and tight spots to get into. The hotel also charges $20 to park which I thought was a little ridiculous considering that we had already paid for a room. If the parking lot had been covered I could maybe understand it, but it is not. I will say, the walk from the hotel to the bars downtown is nice and short! All in all it was a good experience.

Old hospital of some sort, was close to venue in town for! Did not like parking wasnt included with room cost.

Great location, clean, safe, friendly and helpful staff.

It was a nice clean room. Close to CHi where we were headed the next day. A little disappointed that we couldn’t get a breakfast or something before leaving at 6:45 in the morning. But overall is was good.

Stay was nice. The bathroom areas need better lighting. A grab bag breakfast would be a gd idea for early morning flight goers. AND coffee should be ready by 5am in lobby

Old windows made the room cold and it sounded like I was sleeping on the street. Parking situation is terrible

Parking is a pain, paid an extra $10 per person to have breakfast, and the breakfast wasnt worth free. Stayed at the hotel across the street the last time i stayed there and they had a great breakfast for the extra $10, will stay there next time.
