This is a remarkable hotel with awesome amenities and a very attentive staff. I am already dreaming of being able to visit again.

Wonderfull luxury hotel with excellent staff and service. Turndown at night is accompanied by local fruit and pastry treats. Beautifully appointed throughout and the Elephant Bar is a must. An ideal place to come home to after a hard day’s sightseeing at Angkor. We’ll remember it with pleasure.

Its dimension, its personal attention and its feel for tradition

Once I stepped into the hotel, I immediately felt being back to my home. This hotel provides that kind of warm greeting, comfortable staying with kind staff. The combination of good old time (1930-40’s era) and the latest service was good enough for me as a classic hotel lover! All of staff remember my name & face, so every time I need some help (especially for my child care), they offer a kind help at right place at right time. That was so fascinating and remarkable hospitality. By all those good services, I definitely come back again for staying this very hotel.

An amazing hotel and staff. Ready to meet all of your needs and make you feel at home. Luxury, class, kindness, cleanliness and highest level of service. I had the best message ever at the amazing spa. The room was comfortable and had everything (and more!) that I could need. Food was top rate and everyone was friendly and eager to make sure I had what I needed. First class!

We enjoyed our stay at the Raffles in Siem Reap so much that we have become committed to the brand if possible during our travels. Well worth the stay!

Phu Quoc is very touristy but Cassia Cottages was a reprieve from all the crazy.

Great old style colonial Grand Hotel, good food, great bar, pool, Spa, and the concierge services were excellent. Highly recommended.

There is a lot of high end choice right now in Siem Reap and visitor numbers are not yet at their pre Covid highs. So it’s intriguing the room rates are as high as they are and climbing. To justify the hotels need to stay ahead and on second visit not sure that’s the case at this hotel. So all in all not the greatest value for money.

Great old world charm center location to walk and explore . Stuff is welcoming and attentive

Worst 5 star hotel. All show and no substance. Smallest shower ever. Couldn’t even turn around. And they didn’t have a manager on duty to listen to my complaint. Never staying at a Raffles again.

The hotel's service, food and commitment to the environment is remarkable. A great place to relax with family members.

The service is superb and the pool is epic. Definitely recommend dining on the terrace one evening. The rooms and hotel are old school in design but the pool is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Definitely the best hotel in Siem Reap and well worth it - you’ll want to come back to somewhere like this after all your exploring. NB. bring bug spray!

100年以上の歴史を誇るホテルで施設の隅々まで綺麗に手入れされており、ホテルの庭を散歩するだけでもとてもゆったりした気持ちにさせてくれます。スタッフは皆笑顔で迎えてくれてとても気持ちが良かったです。ホテルの部屋も綺麗に掃除され、ベッドのマットレスも丁度良い硬さで良質な睡眠が取れました。ひとつ惜しいと思ったのはシャワーの水圧が弱かったことですがそれを差し引いても素晴らしいホテルです。初日にはウェルカムフルーツや菓子がメッセージとともに置かれており温かい気持ちになりました。ホテルの裏手にはアンコール博物館がありアンコールワットの歴史や遺跡で発掘された本物の仏像が所狭しと展示されており一見の価値ありです。徒歩圏内にはお洒落なカフェもありました。パブストリートまでは徒歩で20分弱で行けるので街をブラブラ散策しながら歩いて行きました。途中大きなお屋敷があったのですが後で調べたら国王の別邸だとわかりました。遺跡を回って疲れて帰ってきても清潔な部屋でゆったり過ごすことができこのホテルにして本当に良かったです。お勧めできるホテルでした。

ラッフルズブランドであることを感じさせていただける滞在でした。設備、内装、デザインはもちろんのこと、レストランの朝食も美味しくいただきました。何よりスタッフのみなさまのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです

First class stylish clean accommodation in a traditional style . Great spa. Fabulous pool. Terrific dining. The nicest staff.
