Great location however the hotel was noisy and the room had a strong perfume smell. The front desk staff was rude, although the bellman was kind and very helpful. I felt it was overpriced, and that was through Expedia. Booking directly was double the cost.

Fantastisk hotel, fantastisk personale. Eneste minus var at der ikke var solsenge ved poolen , og poolen var mere en del af et bar miljø, end til afslapning og sol, det fremgik ikke af beskrivelsen af hotellet. Restaurant på toppen var fantastisk , med byens bedste udsigt.

Dålig lukt i entren, för få hissar i ett stort hotel med 15 vån medför långa väntetider, badrum ok men känns som det var modernt för många år sedan . Det positiva var en trevlig personal.

Very friendly staff, hotel in great condition and room was perfect and very well cleaned. Loved staying at this hotel. Also location couldn’t be better. Only minus is the unusually operating lifts. With non hotel guests going to and coming from the rooftop bar, it was not that smooth to use the lifts and it could take time to get one. Maybe they should have only one lift in use for the rooftop bar customers and leave the others to hotel guests.

Propreté, localisation excellente

Due to its location, it’s in easy reach of centre, harbour and beach. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony - which is lovely. The rooftop bar on the 15th floor provides wonderful views in all directions with a great selection of drinks. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Good location - modern well maintained rooms Service was good across the hotel and the rooftop bar is a must Real cups in the room (they only provided paper ones) would make a difference There were also a pair of socks under the table in the room which made me question how well the room had been cleaned

Very good hotel in s great location. Close to port and cathedral. Great rooftop bar with small pool beautiful views of the city. Friendly helpful staff.

Chambre proche de l ascenseur mal insonorisé avec le passage des gens dans le couloir . Séjour exceptionnel et magnifique chambre . Personnel très professionnel. Très belle hôtel , très bien situé .

Location

The best part about this hotel is the hotel. Shopping, dining, and tourist attractions are next door. Hotel is clean and comfortable. There's no air condition. Just open window and let the cool air in. This will be our go to hotel when come back to Malaga.
