Fantastic place to stay for a week! Food was really good and staff was amazing!! Animals were everywhere and the flowers were beautiful.

What a beautiful hotel, the mud station and mineral pools were so relaxing! All the food and drinks included were so delicious. Would definitely come back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful The all inclusive option gave each member of our family 2 excursions per day (that could be carrried over if the weather was bad or any other reason ) Food and beverage was great Lots of local favs as well as standards

Not many all-inclusive options; that is why we stayed here. We had a great time. Use this as a base to explore and adventure. Wifi in rooms would have been pleasant.

Very cool hotel, area around is not great, staff was helpful but not overly outgoing, restaurant was good not great and service was slow!

The property had comfortable beds, good A/C and beautiful views. Also, the food was very good here.

We had only a breif stay at Montana Fuego - very relaxing - lovely grounds and lots of birds - and frogs. The thermales pools were very relaxing and the cool pool great for the kids - the staff were wonderful - extremely helpful with every request. The room was clean and very comfortable and spacious with a beautiful veranda and view into the grounds. Close enough to La Fotuna - and yet felt right out in the country - the bathrooms close to the pool were not very clean - but we were there over the weekend and there were lots of guests. Wonderful stay!

Hospitable and Attentive staff in an ideal location.

Beautiful property. We stayed in a superior bungalow and they’re situated for privacy and really incredible views. We kept the windows open to listen to night sounds but there’s also air conditioning. The rooms are a bit dated but the location and view and privacy and amenities more than make up for it. Pool and thermal pool facilities are charming. Staff was friendly and gracious. I’d gladly stay there again.

Me gusto mucho las muchas de los masajes muy buena la comida, lo que no me gusto fue que afuera de la habitación avían unos platos sucios y no fueron recogidos pero lo demás muy bueno

Nice and clean and very friendly stuffs. Only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have Wifi in rooms. I recommend to give Wifi in every guest room.

floors not clean. dirt marks on walls. Wifi was advertised as in rooms, but not available in rooms. Bar and dining staff did not give correct conversion change.

La habitación que nos tocó tenía un fuerte mal olor a humedad o a cucarachas, el edificio que nos tocó estaba totalmente apartado y con una habitación vecina totalmente destrozada, hasta la puerta abierta tenía y todas las cosas tiradas en el suelo. Pedimos cambio de habitación pero no se pudo porque no habían más habitaciones de la misma categoría disponible.

Really bad custuner service, bugs inside to the property no parking available during nights.... no hot water. Dirty Blanket .. horrible service at the restaurant ,
