Kept hearing tapping noises at night

My go to when my husband is going through Chemo..had a melt down 1 night and the front desk person was very kind

My room was comfortable and quiet. Had the pool and hot tub to myself for a half hour just before it closed. The breakfast was hot with many options to choose from and fresh food was replaced even right up until the end of the time. I thought this was great because someone walked up to make a plate last minute.

Check-in at this location was really quick and simple, and staff were very friendly. My room was clean and neat. It was perfect for my trip. Thank you so much!

Very clean, quiet; overly-soft water and weakish shower not a good combination, but very thirsty, clean towels somewhat made up. Breakfast typical hotel/motel fare, but very well managed; very good coffee. Large potholes in the parking lot are a menace: must be very slow and careful. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Room was clean; breakfast was good. Towels & coffee packets in room were limited for 3 people and kleenex box empty. Liked that there was a hot tub, but spa action was limited and water wasn't that hot. Pool area very noisy. Desk staff screwed up our bill and double charged for the room. Not inclined to return.

the bathroom lighting is dim. could use higher wattage illumination.

I was just disappointed on the pool hours. 9:00am-9:00pm. We checked in at 8:45pm and checked out 8:45 am. I only booked with this hotel because they had a hot tub and then when we get there are unable to use it in the evening or morning.

Terrible breakfast w limited seating. Bathroom was old and disgusting.

Notwithstanding advertising that the rooms were soundproof, we had a very restless night as we heard our neighbor snoring, and his television on, for the entire night. Time to upgrade the bathrooms as well.

Very nice. Are 1and 3 year old girls love the pool. The water was warm so they didn't get cold.

The ac didn’t work well in the room, but overall was a good stay.

Great property and stay. Day staff was super nice and very engaged. Only thing I observed was that lobby coffee was cold/ out at 3:30AM on the morning of our departure. Recommend you all keep that hot/ full 24hrs a day for travelers. Rooms do have coffee makers though. We will definitely stay there again. Great bag for the buck in Fenton. Close to everything.
