Hotel was updated and cleanliness was excellent! Our stay was wonderful.

Great place to stay right on the main strip in Deadwood! Beautiful pool and has a casino in it. Excellent breakfast in the morning with fresh ground coffee. Only caviat is the parking area is about two blocks away, but you can pull up to the front of the hotel to unload your things.

Convenient in downtown, center of the main street. SUPER cool desk staff and room was A+. Pool was ideal and the hot tub was perfect. Usually stay at a different location for our "get outta town" weekends, but staying here has changed that. Look forward to my next stay-cation.

We had a wonderful time, right downtown in Deadwood. Hotel, restau a d shopping were wonderful!

The property was easy access to downtown deadwood. For the price of the room the condition was not all that great. The heating vent fell off the wall and had left screws on the carpeting along with sheet rock dust. The shower leaked. We turned this all into hotel maintenance.

Everything was so well done! Available parking and accommodations were nice. We wish there was more grass for our service dog, but the town doesn’t really allow for that. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was really nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was the parking. I had to park about 3 blocks away in a very dark parking lot that had only 3 spaces left when I got there after dark.

This was a fun spot to stay. We enjoyed the shops and multiple reenactments . There’s limited dining in the immediate area, but the hotel offers a good breakfast.

There was hair, mold and soap scum in the shower. Bathroom also had hair all over. Walls in room also had something spilled on them.

What I didnt like was how damp the room felt. It was not an overly hot or humid day but the AC system made the room feel so humid. Even the bedding or any clothes you left out got damp.

The property was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool/hottub was clean and not crowded. The only issue we had was we were ground floor on the corner and could hear loud traffic and intoxicated people fighting outside the window. Not necessarily the staff or hotel's fault but it was annoying to be awaken.

The property and room was fine. The parking was across a “highway,” so very inconvenient. Our room was on the main floor and next to the highway, so it was very noisy. The windows and walls were poorly insulated for noise control. There was a door between our room and the next. There was a 1” gap at the bottom of the door. You could see into the room next door so…. they could see into your room also if they wanted. Did not make me feel uncomfortable. The gap also did not help with noise control.

We came for a family vacation. The room was okay, and plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. When we booked the room months ago it never gave us the option for a handicapped room. Which was needed for wheelchair accessibility. There also wasn't an option for military discount. We were told at check in they could apply the discount upon checkout. We stayed 3 nights and checked out on day 4. The staff that worked the night/evening were very friendly and welcoming. They were great. The biggest issue came with the checkout, trying to talk to the "manager" about the military discount and she said she could give us $5 off the total bill. It was over $600 for 3 nights. She was rude beyond measure and really didnt care at all. Because of her actions alone we will never stay here again. Unfortunately we did not get her name, she didn't have a name tag on. My husband is an amputee due to his military service and she was very disrespectful.

Right in the middle of Downtown Deadwood.

We stayed here with our two dogs. This was a great location and very walkable to get some great food in deadwood. We would stay here again.
