I mean, this place has an amazing suite. Loads of room and especially if travelling with family and pet. We don’t require anything extra and was welcomed by a special request, for our anniversary, rose petals beautifully sprinkled and champagne, topped off with some chocolate dipped fruit! A+++

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. I expected to have a cleaning service in my room, but it was not done.

Clean facility and courteous staff.

Property was great, near the the expressway for easy access. Employees there are very helpful, in all was a great time!

Clean, modern, sufficient sized room and bathroom. Plenty of parking, immediate access to US-3 & Interstate in a secured area. Amenities are about a 10-15 minute car ride away. As mentioned in other reviews, breakfast is slow but they do inform you beforehand that it will take 30 minutes. No room service occurred for a 3 night stay, no garbage collection, towels. Anything beyond every other day is just lowering standards. Room service is done only by request however, every 2nd day room service should be a basic transactional service for a 3 star hotel that shouldn’t require a patron request.

The morning shift (lady) housekeeper was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. The restaurant’s server (young man) that worked on Friday evening and Saturday evening was also very nice, friendly, and welcoming.

Everyone was super friendly and the rooms were very quiet and the beds were very comfortable we slept great

The hotel room and lobby were very clean and comfortable. The location and parking were both convenient. The check-in staff were friendly and efficient. There was a group of families with middle school aged children who were quite loud in the lobby and in the hallways at night which was an issue for sleep since I was repeatedly woken by sounds of the door slamming, but apart from that the room was very quiet.

Overall very nice and comfortable

I’ve stayed at this property many times and every time we always have a great stay! I would highly recommend ! Staff is always helpful and accommodating and very clean!
