1. The entrance of the property could post a sign , not easy to find it ! 2. Steps everywhere , not very handicap friendly ….. 3. The staff was great to put us on the first floor closed to parking lever . 4. Breakfast was great !

I honestly felt bad for the staff. Our first night they were obviously short staffed and were working late into the night to try and get rooms cleaned and ready. However I did not appreciate listening to them at 9-10 PM swearing and being loud while cleaning when my family was trying to sleep. Our second night the receptionist was the only person working the front desk and breakfast bar and she was working her butt off! I really wish she had help. The hotel itself is interesting for lack of a better word. The steps are slanted there were holes by the base boards, and the pool was freezing.

Did not like the steps to the entrance

This place isn’t bad at all. The price was right, and the room seemed to have been recently remodeled. I just went there to sleep after a work event, but it suited my needs!

This was a clean facility with extremely helpful staff. No sign of bed bugs. The pool looked very nice, though we didn't get a chance to use it. The continental breakfast was good, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt. And the breakfast area was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk people did such a nice job. The hotel needs to be demolished and start over. It literally smelled like someone died in our room. We had to open the windows and keep the ac fan running to try and air it out. We went with three hockey teams and several of the rooms had this fowl smell. It was just gross and not sure how it even could smell that bad. It smelled so bad it was literally on all of our clothes etc. Getting past the smell then there was just everything either didn't work or was just gross dirty. If all the other hotels weren't booked for the hockey tournament none of us would have stayed there. I can't tell you enough or even articulate how gross this place is and to absolutely stay away from it. I can't believe they even rent rooms in the condition the hotel is in. Just gross

Property needs some serious updating. There are some foundation issues, large gaps at the bottom of the exterior and interior doors. Breakfast: microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, waffles and cereal. Could hear everything from the pool area and hallway/breakfast area and neighboring rooms (like, everything). The room was clean. The staff were nice.

The stairs into the property are not level and completely unsafe. The handicapped ramp had no rails. Also; the pool sounded like it was in our room. Finally the ceiling clearly had water damage.

It was very clean, the people were great to deal with, one complaint was the hot water and cold water turned around.

Close to snow cross shuttle was nice !

Super friendly, clean, great breakfast, comfortable. Only thing that could have been improved is sound proofing between the floors. The folks above us were very heavy footed for most of the evening and morning.

Got to our room later in the night, and it was freezing cold. No heat was on, and we could see our breath. We turned on the little heater but we were still freezing up until we left the next morning. Can tell they did updates to the room which was nice.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient to have fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Comfortable space overall, and good value.

Hotel is wonderful However this time our toilet was leaking I told front desk and they switched rooms bad part is I almost fell on the water that leaked as well as my 10 year old too was kinda hoping for an extra night in return of almost cracking my head !!

Clean property and helpful staff was always available. Nice to have the breakfast in the morning.

When we got there they gave us a handicapped room when none of us were. So we got a new room and it was next to 2 people being very inappropriate. The bed had stains and hair in it and there was vomit in the air conditioner. We had to leave, to go to the Hampton across the street

The room was very clean and the overnight stay was fine. The breakfast was ok not a big selection and bananas over ripe.

Was a great experience wonderful and very helpful staff 10 out 10 in all areas will definitely stay again
