Loved our stay at the Hilton Boston Back Bay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and Fenway. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, quick check in and was permitted early check in even when wasnt asked for. But the air conditioning wasnt working and the room was hot and stale. No amenities other than a tv, no fridge, coffee or microwave option

Won’t stay here again. Room was small, dark, and bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. Our room keys didn’t work and the battery on the door had to be replaced. We also were unable get out of the parking garage and needed assistance again. It’s a very average hotel but our stay could have been much better.

This entire stay was HORRIBLE and it was my 30th birthday trip. The only good service we got was when a lovely girl checked us in. After that it was a nighmare. This was May 28-30th, 2025. First off the bathtub was leaking and the leak was so loud we had a hard time falling asleep. I called the front desk 4 TIMES until they answered. They said they would call an “engineer” and HUNG UP. The said engineer never showed. Then the AC broke in the middle of the night. It was blowing hot air and the room got extremely stuffy and suffocating. I called the front desk until they answered and the receptionist said “there’s nothing we can do right now, the entired building AC is broken” There was absolutely no positive customer service, no resolution about if they were working on it, NOTHING. I said okay can we move hotels or what can do? And she said “there’s nothing we can do”. My friend ended up having a an episode of anxiety and we went to the ER. We came back at 4 am and had to sleep in humidity in BOSTON, for $350 a night. Horrible service, do not stay here. It is an old remodeled hotel that was patched up instead of deeply fixed

Pleasant and attentive employees from the front desk to the restaurant, bar and cleaning staff. They were able to retrieve my phone charger (as I had left it in the room) 4 hours after check out. Kindly held our bags prior to departure. Great location and view from our room. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Boston.

Short business trip. Did a lot of writing/teleconferences from room and the Internet was good. Quiet (21st floor) and conveniently located. Used the heath club and the facilities were good.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This place doesn't even deserve a 2-star rating. Every facility and service was subpar. The bathroom was so small that my knees touched the door while sitting on the toilet, and the shower setup was outdated, with an old curtain and barely functioning fixtures. The hairdryer looked at least 20 years old and stopped working mid-use — I had to call again an hour after my first request just to get a replacement. The lights flickered constantly, the windows were so thin it felt like I was sleeping outside with all the noise pouring in, and the carpet reeked of urine, which I could literally smell every time I lay down to sleep. But the worst part was the staff. The bellhop just stood there and didn’t bother to open the door or greet guests. The front desk staff were cold, never smiled, and gave off a vibe that made it feel like this wasn’t even a functioning hotel. There wasn’t a single taxi outside — not even one. It honestly felt like a place going out of business, and frankly, I think it should.
