I’ve stayed at this same hotel over 10 times and we normally love it! We always stay in a suite and love the view and location! This time we were very disappointed but because our previous stays were amazing I hope it was just a one time thing

Beautiful area on shelter island

Shelter Island in San Diego is a unique location surrounded by water and boats, nice to walk around, great restaurants and close to airport

Didn't pick up on the parking fee when booking because of the Parking available instead just listing 25.00 a night like other Hotels do.

pre-6 a.m. loud noises from delivery and garbage trucks remaining stationery beneath room balcony each day; trucks also impeded exit from parking areas onto the street.

Very comfortable beds, gorgeous water view, front desk staff was wonderful.

The location, marina view was great. The room was very clean and the water was hot. We had very good service and hospitable staff. We would have preferred that parking and breakfast were included for no charge.

Absolutely the best place to stay

Loved the property itself. It has a restaurant on site for easy dining. Beautiful views from Marina side.

Overall it was a great experience as always. However, I will point out that the shower was out of body wash the entire time my partner and I were there. We forgot to bring it up to the cleaning people, but I believe they should check regardless.

Beautiful property at shelter island, convenient to walk to places to coffee shops and places to grab a bite. Nice view of downtown being away from traffic.

Mostly a good stay. The rooms were outdated and felt a little dingey but the property overall was nice
