Fabulous staff very clean and comfortable Will use again when traveling through

Check in was quick and easy (even very late after hours). Very helpful staff in getting needed items. Convenient location with many options for food, gas, quick shopping needs.

Stay was overall good. Some things could be updated or brought up to times like a capable smart tv in the room. Tub prob should be updated had visible wear and tear in the bottom that made it look dirty even if it wasn’t. Pool was not open and they were not sure when it would be.

I gave this property one star for cleanliness because my room was filthy and the sink didn’t work and the lights didn’t work and the phone wasn’t plugged in and it was filthy. The shower curtain would never expand. And I could go on and on

The entire place is just run down and crummy. There were not a full size closet in the room. There was only a bar style sink in the room. The toilet was barely connected to the floor. The shower curtain was practically falling down. I am truly grateful that I survived the stay without contracting a highly contagious disease. The room was definitely not worth what I paid for it.

Nice clean moderately priced hotel

After paying with travelocity, i go to check in and sit for 30 mins while they keep running my card for another 50 dollar deposit. Then ask me to come back in around 8am. Not worth my time after driving 11 hours.. wont be back. And if i pass a drug test after stepping out it would be a miracle

Definitely dont recommend. Was a place to lay my head and thats all

Im ashamed that this hotel is even listed as an option to book on any platform. Its the worst hotel ive ever been in and I'm ashamed we stayed there. It was stressful and ruined our trip. This place should be condemned. Broken Heat. Electricity went out.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful sweet, & extremely polite. They made sure my stay was very comfortable to my liking

The sheets were nasty, the blanket had semen stains on it, the pillow was torn, in room 114, I reported it immediately to the front desk, I was given another room.

Out door key rarely worked. We had no maid service for the four days we were there. The phone did not have a cord so we could not call front desk for clean towels. Will not be returning

Shower was leaking water very badly

Looked nice on the outside but gross on the inside. Obviously don't care about your health or their need to fix or clean anything. Had boogers on the wall by the sink, toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, bathtub was gross, had to wear my socks. Could hear the people talking and their tv in room next door. Floor not clean. Microwave disgusting. Fridge wobbled and not cold with no way to adjust or freezer part working. If wasn't tired and dark out, would have left.
