Great location comfortable beds and a chill vibe… water pressure was lacking in one of our showers so 4.5 out of 5 in my mind…!!!!

Location was within walking distance to ocean, restaurants and Stanley Park. Made it very easy for exploring without a car. Room was quite large with separate bedroom, kitchen and living room. Adequately equipped for simple cooking. Not the latest in decoration or furniture, but clean linens and clean room. A lot of storage.

Very spacious accommodations. It was very clean. The cabinets are very worn and dated. We are four adults and this space fit us well. We had a full kitchen and there is parking in the basement for an extra fee. You can walk to Stanley park and it is close to a shopping district.

Great location. Steps from Stanley Park and restaurants and grocery stores on Denman. Our suite was clean. Check in and out was easy. They were able to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Our ten year old had a great stay. Nice to have the kitchen and separate bedroom while our kiddo slept on the pull out sofa bed.

Our stay was okay. The room itself was good and the hotel parking was very good. However, the A/C was very noisy and did not cool the room efficiently. The breakfast was disappointing, as it only consisted of basic grab-and-go items like granola bars, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and coffee.

Hotel is in perfect location for a short visit to Vancouver. It is within short walking distance to all the downtown shopping and restaurants, riverfront and Stanley Park, yet quiet and chill. Booked a 1-bd suite but upgraded to 2-bd suite upon arrival. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

We stayed during the shoulder season so the price was fantastic. I looked into staying during the busy season and the price is outrageous. The location is really great and I can understand why they inflated in the summertime. The room itself was really nice, I enjoyed it a lot. My adult kids were with me and were comfortable sleeping on the pullout bed and my husband. I enjoyed the small yet beautifully decorated bedroom. There was a full kitchen, which I absolutely would have taken advantage of if we had been staying longer. I wish that I could afford to stay for four or five days during the summer or late spring, but as again, as I said, the prices are really high during that time of year. We will likely stay again, during shoulder season, in the future.

Parking was great (reasonable price) and very secure, plus the option for 4 people with 4 beds was a phenomenal deal, esp given the location. Highly recommend.

Very good location, nice and quiet sector. Building would need some renovation to be perfect. Improved air conditioning would help.

Older unit older building

Great location next to Stanley Park, walkable to downtown, Coal Harbour and Great restaurants and amenities. Spacious apartment style room. Older decor but clean and very quiet.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Dinesh at front desk is excellent and great! The entire suite and kitchen was very relaxing. Parking was safe and convenient. Easy to walk into downtown and catch a bus if needed. Great place all around.

Exceptional staff, very clean property and room, spacious room. Very close to Stanley Park, easy walk.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Check in was annoying because I arrived at 530pm and no one is there. Emergency need for help was great. I found the hotel older than appeared on website and kitchen had stains in the fridge and I had to unload the dishwasher when I arrived. But kitchen and its contents was enough for cooking what I needed. Overall not a terrible experience, but for my needs, there's no elevator from underground parking and my suitcase needed to be carried as front Street parking was packed and there's no way to enter the property from the back without going over grass. If you have heavy luggage or unable to lift luggage and cannot be sure to arrive before 3pm it'll be an experience to get to your room. Tvs were small but I didn't come to watch so I didn't care. Dining room area was large enough if i had company we didn't have to eat on the couch

It was a good size department. Location was excellent.

The suite is spacious and located in an excellent spot, so I’d happily stay again. However, I think the receptionist needs to do better with his tone of communication and customer relations. He’s not the best person to ask for directions when you’re stuck. Aside from his tone and approach, I’m really impressed with the suite and would definitely recommend it.
