Disappointed and Uncomfortable Stay – Will Not Return I understand the business side of running a hotel, but I have to be honest—this was one of the most unpleasant stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the hallway leading to my room, the smell was overwhelming and hard to ignore. I tried to push through, hoping the room would be better, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. The room was very outdated and reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the carpet had stains that looked like blood—or something just as concerning. The bathroom was also in desperate need of updates. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unacceptable. Other guests were yelling at their children late into the night, and I even witnessed a disturbing incident where a man threatened a child in a very aggressive manner. Overall, I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and disappointed. This hotel seriously needs to step up its standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and security. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

It is an extended stay hotel so it had a lot of families and was very busy. The check in took a little while, the breakfast is not like other hotels, just a muffin or granola bar. It was clean and the staff was very kind!

Not the newest nicest hotel and that's fine. It's the smell of cigarette smoke in the room that really sucked. We bought a can of air freshener but it barely covered anything. Now that I'm home I realize it was so bad my luggage stinks like smoke. We are non smokers and the smell is super strong. If you're a smoker, then this won't bother you but non smokers beware.

Upon entering the hotel it smelled very bad and wasn't clean; entrance, front desk, elevators, and room. The toilet had not been cleaned, sanitized or wiped. The counters and floors in the room had food particles on it. The pull out couch was not usable, the mattress had stains on it. The breakfast was what was advertised. The only plus was that the property had washer and dryers as my son played in a soccer tournament.

This property is a complete dump!! From the moment you enter the door at the reception area throughout the hotel - it is completely disgusting! The halls of the hotel smelled andy room smelled worse! The carpet was filthy and had what looked like blood stains. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

We were in the room for maybe 30 minutes total before trying to go to bed. The bed had black dirt flecks and chunks in it and there was a strong smell that gave us headaches.
