Great Shuttle Service

Great stay

Overall the stay was fine and served its purpose. It was located close to the airport and a major freeway with plenty of places to eat within 5 minutes or less of the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. My only real complaint would be the smell…as soon as you walk into the lobby it smells horrible, like old food. Luckily the smell didn’t carry into our room, but all of the hallways smelt WILD!

I'll start with the good: the large 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms are ideal for big families, especially with young kids. Plenty of room to spread out, full size fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, etc. Having 2 bathrooms with a family of 5 is great! David and James at the front desk were super helpful, friendly, and responsive. They deserve raises for their customer service. Now the bad: we stayed here twice; once 2 weeks ago the night before our flight and then again last night after our flight got in late. Our first stay, the room was definitely in need of some repair and smelled musty. The bedroom doors wouldnt close and the blackout curtains wouldn't stay shut. The second time we stayed, last night, our experience was even worse. The first room we were assigned had soaking wet carpet in the living room from an air conditioner issue that they had been working on. It smelled moldy. We had gotten in at midnight due to flight delays, so we were going to just stay in there and put towels down, but the area of wet carpet was too large and the liquid was yellow, so we didn't feel comfortable having our young kids exposed to it. We ended up getting the last suite available to switch rooms, but we had to load all our suitcases up again and go down to the floor below with our 3 young kids at 12:30am. The room with wet carpet was a known issue and shouldn't have been in service to be assigned to anyone.

I really like the property because of it’s convenience and the staff are kind. The complimentary breakfast is also very good. They have an airport and area shuttle. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because I was not informed that the area shuttle only goes less than a mile, pretty much just across the street. I took back my rental car early, and was told that the shuttle would pick me up. I waited 1/2hr+ and then called back to be told that the shuttle could not pick me up. Then when I tried to get the shuttle to the airport it was booked, & and only runs hourly. Therefore I had to pay for car service twice. During holiday weekends and busy seasons, these types of services need to be increased. Staff need to be knowledgeable about the business the work for and businesses need to offer customers detailed information when advertising their services.

Easy check in - and even coffee and muffins at 5am while waiting for the airport shuttle!! Great experience!

We liked the large rooms and beds ,pillows,kitchen! However it was the 4th of july weekend so pool and jacuzzi were dirty and outside furniture were mildewed. Everything else was on point!

Loved it….

Bed was so comfortable! The room was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Had mounted shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hamd soap, and lotion. No complaints!
