Paid extra for a king room but when we arrived they told us they only had queens and couldn’t refund the difference. Pool was seemingly under maintenance but there were no signs so it was dirty and not closed off, seems like a safety issue. Motel experience.

Short trip to visit family. Well located. Room was comfortable

Check in was hassle free and staff were pleasant. Loved the ambiance of the area at check in; there's an indoor fireplace with seating. Family friendly, I came with my partner and teenage son. 24-hour fitness area was a bonus and the pool area was all ages until 8pm (21 from 8-9, the last hour). It was nice to have an attached restaurant/bar for a nightcap and dinner without needing to drive. A short walk down the hall is a full service bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The seating outside has multiple fireplaces with seating. The indoor seating area has 4 large screen televisions. We were able to catch the Gonzaga vs. Houston March Madness game. I was able to enjoy a vegan meal while my carnivore partner was able to enjoy a burger. The location is conveniently located where retail and grocery shopping is within walking distance. Hotel is close to I-5 and a 5 minute drive from Whatcom Falls Park, which I've been told is a wilderness oasis in the middle of suburbia. We plan to check it out before heading home.

Our stay was really good. The only downside is the pool being in the center with rooms all around it is loud. It would have been amazing when our kids were little though. I do appreciate the strict pool hours - that helped. When a group got in the pool 5 minutes after hours, someone took care of it in less than 2 minutes.

Housekeeping was less than adequate. Towels restocked and beds sort of made but not much else was done by housekeeping.

Didn’t gave the room which i booked . I paid for a suite and they gave a small bedroom instead by stating no rooms are available but my suite was already booked a day back. Also charged me for suite which was $90 usd more than the small room they gave. Gave denial for the pool before pool closes. Also other people in pool enjoyed after the pool hours. This was awkward
