Quarto grande. Banheiro grande. Tudo muito limpo. Excelente localização. Funcionária Ana nos atendeu super bem, tornou nossa estadia ainda melhor. Café da manhã excelente. Muita variedade e com produtos de ótima qualidade.

Ficamos em outros 3 estrelas nessa viagem e este foi bem superior, roupa de cama e banho de qualidade, completo com frigobar, cafeteira , amenidades.. Funcionaria brasileira Ana que nos deu dicas, maravilhosa! Usamos o bonde que sai na porta para ir ao centro, é próximo , mas hotel fica em uma subida. Voltaríamos.

The staff were so helpful. We were able to get an early check in which was wonderful after our long flight from Australia. They also stored one of our bags to make the train travel easier with less luggage. They certainly deserve five stars from us.

Good hotel in nice area, easy access to shops, transport and all amenities. Hotel unmanned after 5pm was unexpected.

This hotel accepts bookings while it's closed. Guests are rebooked to other hotels without being informed about it, which is a huge scam and lack of respect. Besides, although

It was a decent hotel. Self-check-in if no one is there or after hours. There was no one there after 6pm or so (maybe 8pm), but couldn’t get another pillow. Breakfast was good. The location was a 15 minute walk to downtown. It was average and that was fine by us for a couple nights.

Quarto bom. Cama confortavel. Atendimento da funcionaria Ana (brasileira) foi impecavel. Sempre simpatica e nos auxiliando e servindo em tudo. Area com facil estacionamento e bem localizada.
