Helpful front desk staff on duty 24 hours. Arrived after midnight from late night flight for cruise. Had called and talked to desk to inform them of late arrival, no worries. A/C was cold & bed was comfortable. Pool looked nice though did not use. Property can use updating though only stayed short time. Breakfast selection was limited with cold cereals, bananas, white bread to toast and some mini muffins. Paper menus that were taped to tables and now half way torn off showed menu of cooked/hot breakfast offerings from better days. OK for the quick overnight stay that we used Hotel for from our late flight, some rest then on to the Cruise Port.

Went to the room and the bed was covered in bugs. Front desk staff gave us a refund with no hesitation.

Property was rundown. The sign at the entrance was broken. The door to our room was difficult to open and shut and the bathtub water wasn’t working properly. The Health Dept had the restaurant closed. There was a pool, but I’m not sure about its condition. The property does need some work, but they did seem to be addressing some of the issues. It was ok for a one night stay though!

This hotel is not family friendly. The rooms were disgusting. The bathrooms were even nastier. The shower head in the bathroom was busted. They advertise a free hot breakfast, that apparently is not a thing. Don't waste your time or your money going to this place.

It was old and looks rundown from outside but was very nice and great value for the price!!

The property is in complete disarray, doors don’t close, AC unit will not keep up with the Florida heat

I wanted so badly to love this place. I wanted to believe the positive reviews. I thought the complaints and lack of pictures indicated people who were just seeing an aged property and assuming it was less that acceptable. I was so mistaken. It looks like a horror movie set. Like, if I were being chased by zombies and had to find a safe hotel this is what I would find and it would be a tough choice to stay or let them eat me… I’d stay but I’d probably die later from whatever I caught. The property had such amazing potential! It is located in the perfect spot for those traveling to get on their cruise ships the next day or so (as we were) it has the potential to be beautiful. It just needs to be burned to the ground and started from scratch. We had to go to Walmart (7mins away so great location) and buy towels and wash cloths because I couldn’t use the ones in the room and 2 small $5 blankets to sleep on, flip flops for the shower and Lysol. Customer service was great though.

Guys, I'm sorry to say this but NEVER book a stay at this hotel. It is one step away from being shut down for health, cleanliness or safety reasons, OR being razed to make way for commercial businesses. It used to be an Econo-Lodge before COVID. It is now privately owned and is in an advanced state of disrepair. The only bright spot is the pool. The photo is old, there is no grass, the hotel is dirty, peeling paint, rotting wood, closed bar, closed fitness center, closed conference space. It's cheap to stay which attracts unsavory guests. The rooms were NOT clean, dirty floor, hair on towels, hair on sheets, toilet seat was disconnected on one side, front door stuck, curtains smelled like mildew. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Family members at the front desk were lovely.

Staff was always nice. Hotel room was small and cramped. Smoke detector was alarming. Bathroom was small, door almost touching toilet, tub dirty. Beds were clean.

Great location if you’re going to the cruise port. We stayed here on a week day & it was very calm. Very old run down place which is unfortunate because there’s so much potential (beautiful outdoor area by the pool). Breakfast was very basic (I enjoyed the fresh apples). Front desk lady had good customer service. The only thing we hated was the horrid smell of bleach in our room. Gave us a headache. We had to leave our door open for hours & it didn’t help. That can be a serious health issue concern!! It’s like the house keeper used a whole bottle of bleach for one room !!

Good for a nights stay.

All night I have to smell poop because the toilet is clogged I have reboot that to the reception but there was no response thay say tomorrow we will take care of it. So don't go there

The main thing was the hotel was dirty and the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. Nothing felt nor look clean. I didn’t even slept on their linens I slept on top of my blankets. Not sure where the pillows came from but they were the worst. The furniture in the room was worn out and dirty. The pool had branches in it.. When entering the room all you could smell was bleach. I would not recommend this place to no one nor would I stay even it was free or they offered a complimentary stay.

The staff was super friendly. The room was dated, but very clean. The location is convenient. It is close to many restaurants and stores such as Target, Kohls, Walmart, etc. It is also close to the cruise ports.

Room was missing a smoke detector with a glove in place and my shower head was repaired with plastic wrap

It was bad from the beginning. Went over to the side door and the door was broken. And then we went in and it smelled sour and horrible on top of that we couldn’t take a shower because of the moldy shower head. And also felt very itchy in the morning from the bed. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!
