Could’ve saved money by getting the same quality at a cheaper hotel. Sign out front says “Newly Renovated”… not sure what exactly got renovated because the first room I was given was disgusting! The room wreaked like medicinal smoke, the drain in the bathtub had 2+ inches of nasty silicone around it, the bathroom door was broken (looked like someone kicked the door in), garbage behind the nightstand table and worst of all, the carpet was so disgusting that it turned my feet black on the bottom. I went to the front desk and the guy gave me another room, no questions asked, which was in better condition than the first but wasn’t great. In the second room, the bathroom door was similar to the first except it wouldn’t shut without slamming it, the vent fan in the ceiling was falling down and the door to the room didn’t seal when shut… which made it so you could hear the traffic/construction out on the street. I will be returning to that city in a few weeks, but I will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

This is one of the most flirty hotel that I have ever visited. If it is up to me, I will discourage anyone from staying here. The sheets had holes, they were smelly.

It’s was GREAT

I almost propped a chair in front of the door, did not feel safe. If we had not been so tired, almost midnight, we would not have stayed. Room was dirty, cigarette burns in the bathroom, groups of people hanging out, (at midnight), dusty smell in room. Would never recommend this hotel!

We ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel. This place was disgusting.

Had stay there before and was pleased but this time it felt unclean. Staff very nice and friendly but rooms need some deep cleaning and painted.smelled very musty.

The room was dirty, air conditioning didn’t work, and staff was rude. We checked out and found another place to stay!

Very dirty room. Bathroom door would not latch, doorway is out of square. Don't go barefoot in the room, your feet will make mud in the shower!! Carpet needs to be replaced.

The customer service when i arrived was not great, the an had no name tag, did not greet with a smile, did not even seem happy to be at work. When i left the lady was great but i told her about some of the problems but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. My room was next door to the housekeeping rooms and people were hangout late outside the door and i could hear them. The room smelled funny when i first entered, slthough it looked presentable. But it seemed older and a board on the side of the tub was sticking out, the mirrors above that luxurious bathtub was dirty and i was left 2 shampoos. It would have been nice to have had one shampoo and one conditioner. Plus considering they stressed the hotel was a no dog hotel, the housekeeping room had a dog come out their room. The back of the hotel looked a bit of trashed because someone had their car broke down and they were working on it. It cost too much to stay at this place for the way it was.

The place smelled like mold and had a sink leak; my daughters were in another room and had to be moved 3 times. The first time the room had a moldy smell, leaking toilet, and also the room had ROACHES..... The second room had a leak from the vent in bathroom from upstairs. The last room they were moved to smelt like smoke, mold and disgusting looking. THE BUILDING IS NOT THE SAME IN PICTURES THAT ARE ONLINE. FASLE AVERTISEMENT. WE ARE STILLING WAITING FOR OUR REFUND. WORST PLACE EVER. MADE FOR THE HOMELESS.

First room we were taken too smelled heavily of smoke, 2nd room was halfway cleaned but needed maintenance, the whole place was rundown and needed work. Hardly anything to choose from for breakfast besides cereal or toast. The whole stay was disappointing. The front desk person was very nice and helpful just not a good experience overall.

Absolutely false advertisement. Thankfully I didn’t see any bed bugs BUT there were ROACHES! The carpet was disgusting. The room was older and things were rusted. The smell of marijuana was unreal! At 530am the smell was once again coming through the air unit. The outside of the place was nice looking but I would not stay again!
