parking was an issue due to the size our car pre warning about this should have been provided during booking

Très bel hôtel, bien situé à quelques pas du port. La chambre était assez grande ainsi que la salle de bain. Les lits étaient confortables. Une fontaine d’eau froide était à disposition dans le hall, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Cependant, l’air climatisé était un peu bruyant. De plus, nous entendions clairement le bruit provenant de la cour et de la rue tard en soirée, particulièrement lors des Francofolies et des matchs de foot. Malgré tout, nous recommandons cet hôtel.

It's a beautiful location and the hotel is charming. It was so so hot that I wish the lobby had air conditioning in order to make it more comfortable. The rooms have A/C but would be nice to be the lobby instead.

Excellent HÔTEL, super emplacement, personnel serviable. Le plus, le parking,mais à réserver à l'avance, sauf que faire payer une moto 18€ sur une place de vélo, c'est un peu abusé.

This is a lovely hotel and would have got 5 stars, except in the middle of a heatwave we were unable to turn the air conditioning down - it's centrally controlled so if you're a hot person and want the room to be nice and cool, this is not the place for you

EL personal muy amable y atentos a las necesidades personales, el desayuno es super completo, de los mejores. Está super céntrico para ir a pie a varios lugares en donde se encuentran variedad de restaurants, bares, tiendas de souveniers.

This place was the highlight of our trip on accomodations. The staff was super-friendly and accomodating, the property was really well location around the port, the price was right, the breakfast was awesome and would ENTIRELY recommend this place for all your travels. Great location with great restaurants and the port within walking distance. We rented bicycles from the hotel and enjoyed seeing the city via bicycle. Parking is under the hotel, and it is best to reserve a spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff, clean room. Great location for exploring La Rochelle by foot. My only comment for suggested improvement is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that does not fully latch. If bathroom privacy is a concern of yours, it might not be the room for you. Also I believe that Air conditioning was meant to be available in my room but it does not actually kick on (it locks and cannot be set below the hotel’s chosen temp). I would have been frustrated if the weather outside had been any hotter. Regardless, I would personally stay here again and would recommend.

Very nice hotel, very well located. Parking is an issue but we parked on the street and we were lucky that it was free on Sundays and holidays.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of La Rochelle. The rooms are on the smaller size but well organised. Wonderful breakfast - and fabulous breakfast space - lovely staff. Would not hesitate to come back!

Chambre petite mais très cosy et propre, tres calme. Personnel exceptionnel, petits déjeuners extra avec beaucoup de produits de la region.

Our first stay in La Rochelle and will be the foundation for many trips into the future. Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and what a wonderful place La Rochelle is. We will definitely be staying here again very soon.
