Room was damp & musty, others said their room smelled of sewage. Generally hotel was run down and dirty. Not sure if room service changed the bedding before our arrival. Hotel would not let us change rooms

The hotel was dirty, the carpets were not vacuumed, there was water leaking everywhere, they ran out of towels, and they were unapologetic about the poor amenities. The pool area was just nasty. Not sure how this hotel had high reviews. Would really like my money back.

It has a mold smell throughout the whole building. There were dead roaches in room. Staff refunded swiftly and was not rude.

We arrived rather late one 1 o’clock in the morning no Internet had to switch rooms the next morning for Internet and television only to go to a room with no toilet paper and fill underneath the coffee pot, which I only noticed because I want to make coffee

No lights in lobby smelled really bad dirty and toilet was stopped up with left at 3:00am

Poor overall management of property. Peeling paint inside the rooms, bath faucet broken from the wall, missing items (iron/broken cloths rake and ironing board), no variety of food choices for breakfast with no meat and the hotel smelled of mildrew. Will never stay at this hotel again!!!

It was clean and had good coffee. Towels were too small and thin . And the bed was uncomfortable.

This was the first Wyndham that gave us two towels for a three night stay! No housekeeping unless you are there for more than 3 days!

We’ve stayed at many of the Wyngate properties. This location by far has been the worse. Driving up to property was nice but one we stepped into the room, we were in disbelief!! We felt like we were in Hotel Beirut; ie, mold or something on the ceiling above the bed/bathroom, broken furniture, mold behind the window curtains, a 1” gap between the door that separated our room from the room next to us, the lamp on the wow next to the bed was hanging by one screw it was practically hanging off of the wall, the floor lamp on the other side of the bed in the corner it looked to be mouse droppings are a lot of insects on the floor, there was a strong odor in the room not sure where it was, but it eventually left. I haven’t attached any pictures as they were given to wyndyn corporate and are no longer on my phone.

OTHER THAN THE LOUD FIREWORKS THAT WENT OFF AT AROUND MIDNIGHT SATURDAY NIGHT , SOUNDED LIKE A CANNON WENT OFF....EVERYTHING WENT OK.

We had a great time meeting up with friends and going to see some family also. Just a weekend seeing friends and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and the hotel was very comfortable.

The hotel is not well kept at and the staff has no customer skills at all. The hotel is outdated and is not clean at all before you book read the reviews, they are not exaggerating. They do not perform any housekeeping unless requested and with that being said not even between checkouts and check-in. Had to request a room change due to room we was giving was not clean, had a hole in the wall and dirty sheets balled up in the chair. Our new room had the previous guest towels there and trash but it was in better shape than the previous assigned room. The only reason we stayed was all the hotels were booked or pricey due to a conference in town, a car show and Grease the play. If the owner and staff took a little more pride in there work I believe this would make the hotel more attractive.

Area was really bad, loud blasting music at 6 am many rude guests and neighbors

Honestly worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. 1. Did feel safe at all & had my 2 young kids with me. 2. Was woken up at 530am to people screaming and yelling next door to us (had access to joining rooms) and then not even 30 minutes later there were people in the hallways walking from room to room slamming doors. 3. Had one towel available for my family of 4 and when asked the front desk lady said can you wait an hour and I can bring them to you….. at 630am we packed up and left to get back on the road because we couldn’t sleep and honestly felt unsafe!

Ok place to sleep. Breakfast was a hassle and we had ask them to put stuff out, with floppy paper plates being the highlight. Rooms were basic but sleep able. No bed bug mattress covers and roaches were seen crawling on the floor upon check in. Would stay again if everything was booked up.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very nice!

It was quiet and relaxing. Very clean

I didnot get my deposit back but overall it was nice
