The location and service were great! We were in a pet friendly room with our cat and the room smelled a little doggy.

Desk person was amazing. She "ironed out" a problem of multiple reservations when she didn't have to.

Excellent hotel, not noisy outside or inside, but we were not there during the kids baseball season. Plenty of parking, a little tight if you pulling a trailer. Subway Quiznos is a close by along with McDonald's but that's about it. Breakfast area is extremely small so get your food and go back to your room and eat or go outside. We were there mid March, very cold. We would stay here again, the lady in the evening. Check-in was awesome.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas are very clean. Beds were also comfortable. Good variety of breakfast items. Water pressure was an issue a couple mornings but after contacting the front desk it was fixed as they were filling the pool or hot tub each time and stopped.

Easy access from highway! Bed comfortable! Room not cleaned very well.. candy under desk and hair in sink upon arrival! Some Kids running up and down the hall until very late! We were on the first floor they were on second floor… loud until after 11:30p.m. We needed to get up and leave by 7:00 a.m. so was upsetting that nothing was done for other guests that paid an overly high price to stay for just one night! Parents don’t seem to care but think management should care enough to enforce some noise control! Hotel was booked too! Just to bad a few spoil things for so many! Breakfast ….we ate early and eggs were already cold! Insect trap or mouse trap not sure but it was in plain sight right behind juice machine not very appetizing!!!

This was perfect for a one night stay for a visit to the Field of Dreams. Room was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly.

Items needs to be picked up behind desk and nite stand. Having the laundry room next to a suite was loud and annoying.

Great spot and close to everything. 5 miles from Field of Dreams and minutes from downtown. Will stay again

Nice clean hotel!! Love the Dyersville area

Hotel was nice and very convenient. Room was clean. Beds too firm for me, but that’s personal preference. Pool was small but nice. Easy to check in and out.

Could not sleep kids running around until 1AM the staff said they can’t do anything about it. Then finally with all the complaints they talk to the coaches to stop.
