Friendly, quiet, clean, etc

The sheers need replacing as do the curtains. The sheers in our room were in tatters. The curtains could not be moved far enough for privacy. We checked in and left for dinner upon returning watched someone drive a motorcycle into the lobby. My sister went to shower. No hot water. We tried to shower again in the morning. Still no hot water. Commented at check out the clerk was unconcerned shrugging his shoulders and said he had no other complaints. On our week long trip this was the worst hotel we stayed at. Should have paid more and stayed in Springfield.

Did not end up staying at this property. The rooms had leftover food on the ground, dust built up on the headboards, fingerprints all over the refrigerator, MOLD growing on the ceiling, COCKROACHES crawling on the walls, linens were horribly dirty and stained, and mystery substances on the walls.

The hotel was clean. The staff thought we checked out. When we returned to our room the money I had in an envelope as missing. When we contacted the manager they said they found the money in the garbage, When they gave it back, almost a hundred dollars was missing out of the envelope. I would not recommend staying here as they have a thief working here. A police report was filed.

Great staff gave us a good room, close to the lobby and accessible.

Came in so tired that I didn't look around much! The bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the TV was easy to run. I appreciated the extra room to navigate in the accessible room. I did notice that the bottom of the bathroom door had been banged up by someone's wheelchair, but it was nice and clean.

Ok place to stay for the price. A bit run down but it worked for the one night I needed to stay in the area. Staff were very nice.

We were going to stay a night. We kept having issues with our room. We got moved to another room. New different issues wasn’t much of an upgrade as they stated. Shower handle got stuck, bugs, ect, just a lot of issue. They moved us a third time, this room I almost got stuck due to the broken handle in the bathroom. Went to to talk to a manger on Monday morning as I checked out and they didn’t have a manger on staff. They did have a nice breakfast and a nice staff that tried but unfortunately it’s above their pay grade.

Location was perfect for me. The area was very quiet and comfortable. Clean with excellent staff.

While the facility seemed a little dated, the staff were professional and very helpful, the building including room were clean and well maintained, very convenient to get to and park, and the bed and pillows were comfortably good.

We had late check in we were just staying the night from having an early Christmas with my Dad
