Wonderful staff they made the stay above others Front desk and bar cafe

The staff was very friendly. I was very pleased to see that the Bistro Bar was actually open until 10 p.m. i had stayed at other locations that advertised the Bistro Bar being open until 10 pm only to find they had closed between 7:30 and 8:00 just prior to my arrival. The Bistro is one of my deciding factors in booking Courtyard, so the Cincinnati Courtyard is tops in my stays.

Clean and quiet

Easy, quick and quiet. Transportation was a breeze. Definitely stay again.

They had a nice lonby and nice courtyard in the backyard. Food expensive! Gas station, subway, and burrito place across the street. Nothing else really close. 24 hour shuttle to airport and where we went for a wedding reception was nice. No pool.

Room did not have a functioning lock. Did not notice this until the next day when leaving for lunch. The room we had to be moved to had a sliding shower door that wouks get stuck while in the shower. Had to have wife help me unjam the slider door to be able to get out of shower. Staff was friendly though.

It was exactly what I would expect from this hotel chain. Very nice.

Checked in at Marriott but was down graded to Marriott Residence Inn because of maintenance issue. The service was fine but the room was run down, stains on the walls, the hair on bathroom floor

We always stay here when we fly out of Cincinnati. Great location and quick shuttle to the airport. So much easier than dealing with traffic & parking before a flight. Rooms are very nice. We definitely recommend staying here.
