Amazing stay, hotel in brilliant location, clean and fresh bedding and the room was clean and fresh, the weather was very hot but the room was cool and the windows were left open and fan was on. Checking in was quick, easy brilliant. Rooms do need updating but for what I needed it for was brilliant. Will definitely recommend. Bathroom was clean and tidy.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, very quiet you don’t hear no traffic, bedding was clean and fresh, room smelt fresh and was very clean. The lady night porter very rude. The lady checking us out was lovely and amazing. Will definitely use again. The hotel does need updating but it does the job.

The friendly helpful man on reception was this hotels saving grace. There was no internet or loo roll and the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired!

The staff were fabulous. Greeting us in arrival and when i requestsd a 2nd pillow despite advising this may be different as they were fully booked. The receptionist managed to get 2 extra pillow's. Was also very helpful advising us how to get out by car when we were going out for dinner. The rooms themselves were very tired and need an update the bathroom especially. There is no free wifi, qe originally onlt had 1 pillow each. The corridor smelt very strongly of cannabis. We mentioned this to the receptionist..We paid over the odds for the night in our opinion and for the things mentioned we would expect more.

Check in was easy and fast, have to pay for parking. The room is clean fresh. Comfortable bed. Fresh linen. The rooms is dated and does need updating but for the price it’s brilliant. Snacks and drinks are served at reception. No motorway noise

Basic motel but did the job for a stopover. Bed was comfortable. Staff polite. We were in room 3 and when using the double socket, the right socket crackled so we didnt use this one. The lest side was ok.

Room was fresh clean and tidy. Check in was easy convenient to where I need to be. Lovely staff always friendly. Would recommend

Not being informed about parking charges before arriving.new stealth tax not charged by Travelodge or ibis at motorway services.i will not be using these hotels in future if they expect me to pay for the car to sleep

Booking with expedia was a mistake. The room cost is more and i was not even booked in. Had to wait outside with my 3 young kids till i got it sorted on the phone (after 45 mins)
