Very poor quality breakfast

All great. Breakfast so so. Shame thete's no outdoor hot tub.

Not much sound insulation between the top and bottom floor, so can get a bit noisy if you are on the first floor. Some ants in the bathroom, but this the Okanagan, there are ants.

I wouldn't recommend the brea, but there's a Dennys down the road. There's a Wings restaurant attached to the hotel that has excellent food and parking was not an issue.

Clean and king bed was a bonus.

Very dated hotel. Recent renos in some rooms but cheaply done. Room had an overwhelming smell of baby powder.

Staff had no control over so many hockey teams. Not exactly there fault but the facility was awful because of it. We couldn't use pool or hot tub, got no sleep and the workout room is a closet.

Beautiful area

The accommodation was great, breakfast wasn’t bad, but it could have used some fresh fruit. ie. apples, oranges or bananas

Breakfast was good, this hotel is very nice. Hubby and I rented the room with the jet tub snd we have no complaints.

The staff were great!!! The room needs a couple easy fixes to make it function better. It needs a stopper in the kitchen sink, as well as in the sink outside the bathroom. Our soap fell down the drain multiple times. This will save plumbing bills in the long run I’m sure! The bedding on the Murphy bed needs updating. Most sheets had holes in them.

We asked for a non-smoking room but the room had been smoked in. The fan was broken in the bathroom and was hanging out of the ceiling. There were ants crawling all over the floor. The Jacuzzi tub didn’t work in the room. And the pool hot tub was broken and not working or open to the public.
