A wonderful hotel and staff. So easy to walk to all the historic places and museums-most are within 20 min walking distance, and I walk slow. Numerous excellent dining and shopping options within 2-5 minutes-the location can't be beat. I also especially appreciated the staff willingness to help with everything including getting tickets, luggage help etc.

We loved our stay in Florence. The hotel is wonderfully located to all the things we wanted to see. It is right in the heart of the city but very quiet. It had many places, besides our room, to hang out and enjoy games, reading or a cocktail.

The service could have been better. The people at the reception had attitude, especially the tall guy. He should be doing a back office job not dealing with the guests. Not very friendly staff.

This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Florence. Everything is within a 5-10 min walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean, and they had nice touches like cold water in our mini fridge every day when we returned from being out. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The hotel has a privileged location, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are a great size, especially for a hotel in a European city center. The rooftop is excellent — the food and drinks manager, Mr. Nicola, is very professional and eager to address and apologize for any potential inconvenience, which was a really pleasant surprise. On top of that, the 701 rooftop offers beautiful views and a great atmosphere, with live music on Thursdays and Saturdays during my stay. I must also thank Mrs. Beretta, who attended to us so kindly at 701 — a great professional as well. Breakfast was good too. Overall, a great choice — I definitely recommend it!

O hotel é bem localizado. Achei que o quarto fosse melhor, os móveis, armários, portas precisam de manutenção… estão desgastados e o ar condicionado mantém o quarto frio mesmo no inverno, muito desconfortável . Acho que ha hotéis melhores por esse alto preço. O atendimento na recepção é fraco, mal olham para o hóspede. O café da manhã poderia ter bem mais opções… não tem nenhum item quente, como ovos, bacon,…

There were two very helpful staff. Fredrica and another gentleman from Argentina. The breakfast buffer was very nice. Ther room is very nice though the air a bit stale. The location is very good right by Pointe Vecchio. Great surrounding area. It is about 15 minute's walk from the train station.
