La recepciónista Lauren, hizo un excelente trabajo al reubicarnos a una habitación con servicio de baño para condiciones especiales, ya que estaríamos allí por una cirugía para mi esposo. Ella, nos mostró una nueva habitación y quería estar segura que estaríamos satisfechos, siempre demostró amabilidad y respeto! Gracias por contar con personas como ella, que realizan un excelente trabajo y tienen la mejor atención para el cliente.

When checking in for a multi-day stay, they notified me that they do not service the rooms daily unless requested. I told them then that it was important to me that the room is cleaned and they said no problem, they would take care of it. The next day after a being away for 12hrs, the room had not been cleaned by 6pm. When requested, I was told that I would have had to requested it, which I had. They then partially refreshed the room and rehung dirty towels from the floor. I definitely would not recommend.

A very nice place to stay.

The location is very convenient, the downstairs facilities, including the sports bar, are nice. I was even able to buy a souvenir tee shirt from the self service shop!

Excellent location, comfortable beds and a great fitness center with a pool. The hot tub was out of order. A property of this caliber should not have such significant stains in the carpet in the room.

Very disappointed with this stay. When I booked online i specifically asked for 2 rooms with one room with 2 queen beds and we were given rooms with only one bed. A roll away was unexceptable as the point of booking online is to get what you book for due to the people in your party that are traveling with you. No other rooms were available to move to.

Pretty close to UF. The bathrooms need to be updated. The refrigerator did not work however it was another there to replace it but it was not working well.

It has a very nice, airy, grand reception area. Parking is plenty. The only thing negative is the condition of the bathroom. It needs to be detailed. There are a lot of smudges on the walls and rust on the tub and sink. The sink drains very very slowly.

I have stayed at this Hilton a number of times over the years. One time I booked less expensive, but changed last minute as I feel safe at this Hilton. Then on this stay, they noticed my door was open and no personal belingings were in the room after I had checked in. (I had never gone up.) They called me to assure I was OK and not in trouble. Housekeeper left it open. I was impressed by their caring and vigilence for guest safety.

Good location and service with everything you need

Terrible customer service. Bathroom repaired and room cleaning requested early at 0730 am, came back to hotel after 5pm and nothing was done.

The room was very clean and modern. The bedding looked much cleaner than other hotels, and it generally made me feel at home.

I went for my nephews graduation from University Of Florida Gainesville. The room was over $700/night. Did not include breakfast. Room had worn minimal towels. Shower had mildew on walls. Bathroom ceiling paint was bubbled and shoddy looking.

My first impression, I thought it was very expensive for what was offered. For starters I was given a handicap accessible room with a small and uncomfortable shower. The shower floor was slippery and not practical. The front desk was very serviceable and nice. The overall feel of the hotel was pleasant BUT not up to "Hilton" standards. The room had no drinking water, not even for the coffee maker. The fact that the front desk only gives you one bottle of water when requested, is not good practice or good service. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The drinking water situation was not good at all. This must change in your hotels. My feeling was I paid too much money for a property that didn't provide adequate service and comfort to their patrons. You have my contact information. I checked out yesterday May 3rd around 10am from room 219. After 3-4 hours we realized that we left my husband's blue Blazer, a blue button down shirt and toiletries bag. It amazes me how poorly the hotel has responded to this issue. No one has been able to answer us about the items. We called housekeeping non stop no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full so we con not leave a message The only ones that have been trying to help are the front desk people but not even them have been able to figure out how to get in contact with housekeeping Again it was just hours when we realized that we left the items in the room but more than 24hrs passed since we have tried to reach out to the hotel with not resolution this is just unacceptable that no one has been able to respond to us and the more time passes probably harder to find our belongings.
