Heard music all night long our first night. Housekeeping made our bed but somehow didn't move a pillow. Took all our towels and didn't replace them. Breakfast was the usual buffet. Someone needs to clean up the bird poop by the front entrance.

the location is great but I reserved 2 rooms and had a few problems. It took me 2 days of help from front desk to finally figure out tv control. The other room which I needed for handicap purposes was not great. The blinds would not go up so was in darkness all day and night. The refrigerator had to be unplugged at night because it was so noisy and they couldn't sleep. Because of location I might consider using it again but would think about it

We do wish there was better/more parking. Staff is fantastic! Hotel is very accommodating.

While the stay overall was good. It was evident that the staff has issues with ownership. The staff is ready to give up and it was evident in the cleanliness and complaints from the staff when issues were brought up.

The hotel was very dated and didn’t feel clean. The pool water was almost green and smelled like pee with little to no chlorine smell. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but that’s about the extent of the good qualities of this hotel! It did the job but we would definitely recommend looking elsewhere first.

We enjoyed the location, pool, and quality of breakfast.

Really needs a deep clean, lots of bugs and dirt around the window and air conditioning unit..

We stayed the night and wasn't impressed with the lack of cleanliness of the room. There was dirt on the bathroom floor and carpeting within the room. The bathroom ceiling vent fan cover was laying on the cabinet in the bathroom, which caused us to look at the discolored ceiling.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, friendly check in. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

The lady at check in was wonderful and patient as I had to go ask several questions and an issue upon check-in. Not sure her name as she had no name tag on. Bathroom upon entering room had urine in it. Areas of bathroom around floor were either water stained or needing replacing. We had an adjoining room. We could hear the baby on the other side crying and the mom yelling at him to be quiet. Breakfast was not the typical taste we are used to at other locations. Eggs had something in them. Sausage had no flavor. Pool was perfect temperature. Nice view of the lake off the dining area and a place to go outside and sit and enjoy the view. Area was quiet. Close to restaurants and Walmart.

The beds were nice and clean along with the room itself being mostly clean. The morning breakfast was nice for a hotel. Pancake maker, multiple kinds of cereal, juices, milks, fruits, yogurts, cinnamon rolls, breads, and eggs bacon/sausage and biscuits and gravy. Overall a great stay close to the islands!

Great stay. Was accommodating to letting us take bicycles to our room. We had a bay view that was awesome... great customer services and plenty of food for breakfast.. great location too..

The rooms were outstanding! The beds were very comfortable and we would like to know where we can purchase the pillows haha! The only issue is the pool room. It’s very very slick and the hot tub is awkward to get to and from pool. Other than that very relaxing. We stay here quite often. Will always return. Staff is always the best.
