Best hotel beds. Looking forward to seeing the pool update. The lounge is my favourite. Breakfast at the Fairmont never disappoints.

The was very friendly

Good size room, friendly staff.

It was comfortable, spite the drink not being available for a swim. Kids really enjoyed the central location.

No AC working in my room, construction going on in the pool and gym floors, beer spilt on me in the lobby bar and just overall poor condition of the hotel. Management and serving staff were excellent but front desk could be friendlier. This property is run down and needs a big overhaul.

The hotel is old

The property was very clean, the beds were comfy. However, the room could've been dusted. It is advertised that there was free wifi, which is not the case. I had to pay to use the wifi for the night. That was the only major issue.

Wonderful stay would definitely stay there again

Exceptional staff that make all the difference, great dining options in-house and in the area, lovely pool. The entire property could use an overall update and refurbishment throughout. I'd stay here again and hope that they make some updates.

Bad need of Reno

Room was old. Furniture is marked up and feels dirty.

We had a great stay. Its a lovely hotel, in a great location, and staff are always so helpful and friendly
