Valet service was awesome. They were very helpful being that I am disabled and had a walker very hard to get into the spa because I had a walker, but I know how to work it. At one point, our room was so cold and the maid came and brought us a heater to heat up our room. She was so phenomenal. Also helped us learn how to work the coffee maker because there was no directions in the room as to how to use it.
I was a little disappointed because I wanted to upgrade to the gold to where I could have access to the amenities there but my fault because I should’ve booked it earlier.
