Excellent stay on the gold floor. Wonderful staff, service and food.

Staff and location is great. Our room was tired with paint peeling on the roof of bathroom. We have stayed many times here. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The Fairmont is typically a great stay, however, this time there was no hot water in the morning at 6 am in my room. It was odd. The water from the toilet after flushing was really hot and the shower was cold. Called front desk to let them know. Not sure what happened- maybe it was the ghosts of the hotel having fun. Staff and amenities are always incredible!

I stayed one night as an escape and everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable the staff were helpful and kind and I loved that the pool wasn't busy so I could work out. Its close to everything. Highly recommend.

Location was very good. Litterally in front of union station. Old school hotel with a modern touch. Nice vibe with restaurants and bars in the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Everything good!

Booked a king suite and photos of the room online were not what the room was. For $1000 a night having a tub shower and a toilet squeezed right next to it wasn’t what was pictured (beautiful white marble bathroom with gold fixtures….ya this bathroom was 30+ years old) Lobby bar was nice but the rooms we got weren’t what was pictured and advertised as a suite. Next time will stay elsewhere for sure.

Everything was great, which was why it’s a surprise to me that once I got home after checkout, realized they charged me for additional items other than what I used.

Beautiful hotel and loved that on a rainy day you don’t even have to go outside from hotel you can so direct underground path to several areas of the city, shopping etc. will definitely return to this high end hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable. The Clockwork bar and the Reign restaurant were excellent.

Everything was perfect. The suite is beautiful as is the lounge. Breakfast, Treats at Two, evening hor'dourves, and desserts are out of this world. The staff is friendly and professional . We love it.

Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by amazing staff, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s a very popular hangout spot, but it’s still easy to get into the bars and restaurants without long waits. Ari at Reign was hands down the best bartender in Toronto! The staff even checked in daily via text to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything, which was a really nice touch. The only downside was everything is closed by midnight, and during the week, not much opens before 11am. Other than that, 10/10 — I will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!

Room was tired. Got a large room which was fine. Bathroom had chipped paint all over ceiling. Staff are great! Location is great.
