I payed with my credit card and I had tu pay a small amount(USD 8,50) there and they made a new invoice and payed all again. I don't know where I have to complain

Hôtel absolument fabuleux, où je suis allé pour la première fois avec me parents il y a 60 ans à l’âge de 8 ans. Nous habitions alors à Meknès. J’y suis ensuite retourné à de très nombreuses reprises, enfant, adolescent, marié, avec mes enfants. L’hôtel est somptueux et toujours parfaitement entretenu. Son emplacement sur les hauteurs de Fès en fait un lieu unique car on aune vie exceptionnelle sur la médina historique de Fès tapie au creux de la vallée où coule l’oued Fès. Un hôtel absolument unique, véritable palace tout à fait exceptionnel.

The hotel is just ok. Really nothing special. The staff were not rude, but I didn't find them to be particular warm and they were not terribly friendly to my Moroccan friend who was traveling with me. The bed options are limited if you are friends traveling. Either share a double bed or make due with a single bed each.

Les Merinides sits on a hill looking over the medina(old city). Worth it to get a medina view and balcony as I had. But even if you don't there is a large terrace you can lounge on to enjoy the view. The staff was wonderful as was the dining. The hotel itself is old and therefore a bit dated, with some peeling paint and slow plumbing, but this did not detract from my stay. It was too cold to swim but the pool was inviting and the lounge chairs were great for reading. Also its a short drive or slightly longer walk to the medina, so nicely located. Just a note for coffee and tea lovers-none in the room. I would stay here again.

Un logement extra-ordinaire et le service est parfait. La reception et les personnes de restaurant sont toujours gentils et doux. Sand doute, c'est le meilleur de Fès.

Très bel hôtel. Vue magnifique. Personnel très aimable et très disponible. Petit déjeuner et repas excellents. Dommage que le restaurant du 3ème étage soit fermé à cette période.

One phrase: VERY OUTDATED!!! This would never deserve even a motel status in United States. The only good part is the view to the whole city. The staff is nice and friendly but the place need full remodeling. Broken curtains, old doors, hard as wood mattress... few things to mention. I wish owners of such historic properties will try to invest in renovation.

Établissement très bien placé ,belle vue sur la médina de Fès , l’hotel A besoin d un rafraîchissement est resté dans son jus 1970 , jolie piscine, et possibilité de prendre dîner et petit déjeuner en extérieur Bon service , le personnel est très gentil

Uitzicht uitstekend. Matige staat , soms ronduit slecht. Qua prijs veel te hoog .

Attentive staff. Very helpful. Good Moroccan food. And delicious olive bread and fresh dates for breakfast! Carvary dinner. Some great paintings to buy at the hotel. Stunning view of Fes from the hotel!

Very good

Our stay was pleasing as the hotel’s main attraction for us was the hilltop location with city views. The room we had was OK and bathroom sink drain and shower head were an issue. The buffet in food was limited for our vegetarian needs, but staff accommodated special requests. The adjacent historic view point/monument was easy to walk to and we saw an amazing sunset with city view below. Only wish the cars/motorcycles were not allowed to drive into historic spot as they ruin the expereicnce. Staff and services were pleasing.
