Room was clean but very tired and not well maintained. Could use some renovation. The position is fabulous. Parking was restricted inside and outside the parking on the nature strip was tricky because there were holes to avoid.

Nice room Nice amenities and great customer service

This is a very basic, clean property 30 seconds from the ocean. It has basic amenities and served as a good “quick stop” and base camp. If you are looking for upgraded amenities, this would not be the place. The price was a bit high for the basic amenities, but I assume it is based on the location to the ocean. Polite staff, efficient, clean bed, running shower, and quiet neighborhood.

Staff and owner were very accommodating and very good service. Next time we come to Perth, we are definitely booking there again.

Could hear a CPAP machine in the next room like it was in my room also BYO shampoo and conditioner, not supplied by motel

Couldn't check in - the telephone numbers wouldn't work AND there was NO one at the check in desk :(

Close to the beach

Great value for money and so close to the beach.. Has all the essential requirements.. Lil bit tight in the parking but you can always park on the front verge for larger vehicles.. If you are looking something budget friendly I do recommend this place..

Outdated furniture and old

Motel was a bit tired, especially on the outside. New owner has plans to spruce it up. Clean and tidy. Great location with ocean views. Close to shops and ocean. Small kitchenette with adequate equipment. Owner and wife friendly. Only ones to help with luggage our whole trip.

Very old and needs some TLC. Could not use microwave unless it was moved. No power. Bed not made properly or dishes done . Carpet dirty

Communication for check in was Excellent and located in a Beautiful place.

Older style motel but very clean

Room was spotless with a nice view. Booked and checked in late but the after hour service when I got there was friendly and easy. Will go again.
